Good place to shop if you are a local or driving by, it is off the I-40.

Huge store, friendly staff and great prices.

We drove from Reno Nevada and decided to take a stop over at this Walmart. The overnight stay was peaceful and relaxing. There is a very active railway very close by and clearly heard especially at night. We stay at truck stops quite frequently so the noise of the train was tolerable. The store was clean and we were able to pick up some necessary items.

I dont waste my time shopping anywhere else the carts were disinfected when they were available, A warm greetings at the door, found most of what I needed few things missing off the shelves not too bad not a big crowd waiting was 10to15minutes in line mainly because today I find two lines merging to one cash register in two cash registers open they have no help today !!! Nobody with keys to open glass cases for customers !!! And theres the all famous put a hold on your debit card decline it until you get home and then call you and ask you if you tried to make a purchase and you tell him yes and they say okay just checking making sure it was you you can go ahead with your purchase now after youve done driven 50 miles back home okay thank you Walmart

Went in for a Halloween costume. But its mostly a super clean store. The people are nice. They need more cashiers or at least some that can check you out a little faster

The store is constantly dirty and seems like its always like in the ghetto. Theres hardly anybody that works there that can help you. The store is always packed and its hard to get in line with so many people always in line. Its not convenient. Its not even a good store. It seems like Walmart is a big rip off anymore. They used to say that theyre for the family but all they do is take from everybodys family. Their prices are very high and outrageous on a lot of things and it seems like theyre only for their self on making money. Its pretty sad pathetic. I used to really like Walmart and now I cant stand it. They run hand in hand with Biden and how bad things are if that tells you anything! And I cant stand Biden

Walmart might have great price displays but when you get to the register they are charging you more than what it says on the selves or even on the big displays. One item is the pepsis they say 2.75 but they charge you 2.98 they have been doing this since Oct. 5 and still doing it today. If they sale 1000 of them they just stole $230 from the customers corprate office has been notified 4 times now between Oct. 5 and today and nothing has changed the store manager has benn notified 4 times also his boss has been notified too. Customer service says marketing has been notified so walmart dont care if they are stealing from you as long as yoi are not stealing from them cuz you get caught you go to jail. They get caught nothing happens. What other things do they have display a price but charge you mire cuz yoi are not paying attention to the prices. Thats why they are doing it. An employee told me they do this all the time. Cuz they know we arent paying attention to the prices so they are stealing from us and we need to hold them accountable.

Coming from Hawaii this was an awesome experience. Way bigger than Walmarts in Hawaii. Better selections.

It was ok. The lines were long. The line for the Money Center moved fairly quickly. The lady working there was really nice and helped me fairly quick.

Its a Walmart, expect to be missing a few items but they do a fair job its the busiest place to shop.

When you ask where something is, they take you to where it is. I did this with two different employees both did the same with me. It was so different from the Los Angels County stores. Thank you so much Barstow California.

Big walmart with good amount of product stock. Loses a star because I have yet to see more than 1 of the 24 registers open at the same time. Everything is self checkout, except products like alcohol and tobacco. If you buy those, be prepared to wait in a line.

Went walmart came up for my Google review, I thought it was my local Glendale, AZ Walmart so I gave it 5 stars. Let me just say this Barstow, CA walmart has bad vibes with all that bitterness marinated in their Employees. The lady that helped me was very bothered. I was obviously visiting and dont have to put up with all that negativity.

Its Walmart so they have everything. The lack of cashiers is always frustrating though. Theres like 10 lines and they usually have only self checkout and maybe 2-3 lines open at any given time on any given day.

Stock is usually good more then other Walmarts . Associates are nice and willing to help with assistance if needed

I usually find what Im looking for and usually satisfied with most items. Most of the employees are very helpful. However, I must say that the checkout lines are usually a very long, making for a very long wait due to the fact that not enough checkers are available.

This is my first time at this supercenter Walmart there so much stuff to look for its really nice.

Left 300 worth of merchandise at the self checkout because the manager couldnt figure out how to transfer a transaction to another register, or manually cash me out. Ridiculously incompetent, will never be back.

I took my own bags. But had to bag my own groceries at reg checkstand. They will not touch your bags if you bring them. They insist you buy theirs if you want them to bag them.There is no place to put the groceries then..so I had to struggle to get things bagged up., as they just pile them up on top of the bag holder that they keep bags on.

Ever seen a YouTube video of People who shop at walmart? Come in and create your own video. 🤣 3 registers max open near closing....and dont expect a greeting or a smile at the register.

Its nice on the inside besides parking lot getting a little crazy with traffic the inside people show courtesy if you have kids and they moving around. They move to the side so your kids can continue to run in the store.

The whole Baby formula Behind locked glass is a joke. Two different times I have had to use the call button I had to wait extremely long for service, but the lady time after a good 10 min wait and severance Walmart associates walking by, I asked a young employer if she could call Somone and she said yes, well she returns immediately with the key and her supervisor I guess she was new and admitted she didnt know what proper procedure was but she was down to learn good job New Girl

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I needed puppy formula, something I had never purchased before...I try to seek out my own products if I can however this item could have been located anywhere...I pushed the button to call over an associate to pet supply for help...while I waited I continued looking for the formula...after nearly 20 minutes later my boyfriend had to go to the front of the store and insist an associate help us...well I too have worked in retail and customer service and generally make it a point to be as helpful as I possibly can...the associate looked around for the formula and couldnt see any, she then looks up the item inventory and tells us theres 5 more cans of formula in stock...she proceeds to say that the store was out despite the inventory claims of 5 more cans unsold..I chime in and say that if there are 5 available in the inventory but none on the shelf then its likely the item is in back waiting to get stocked again and I politely proceed to ask...2 times...if she would take a quick look in back...literally even though I positive she heard and understood me acted completely as though she didnt hear me...2 times...come on Walmart..I get you make crazy bank and can afford to loose a few customers here and there but blaintenly being ignored by someone Im guessing was simply too lazy and or simply just couldnt care less brushed us off like nothing...Ive yet to spend any money in their location...I can buy everything they stock online and in many cases for an even more inexpensive price and a better quality to boot. Barstow Walmart has most definitely lost my business permanently.

Walmart was a great experience, a little busy but overall it was clean and I could find an employee when I needed something. And all the employees at Walmart that Ive met are pretty cool and nice to talk to.

Walmart has always been a store i loved to shop at. I really enjoy self check out it makes shopping worth it not having to stand in the long lines some times remind me off freeway traffic. Absolutely love walmart.

Its the main center for shopping good pharmacy but out of supplies too quickly.

This place is the worst. Everything i needed was locked up, took 20 minutes each time to find someone to unlock it. Went to check out and the line was 25 minutes long because they only had one register open. But when you walk out the door there is 5 people standing there checking receipts. I spoke to a manager and he was very rude, told me to go to the self check out. Im sorry but i dont work there, Im not checking myself out. Ill never go there again.

Pleasant, quick and the employees were courteous. Only thing was that some of the items I normally get were completely out but other then that.... It was a breeze

The store was well-stocked. The only thing I noticed in all Walmart and most any store for example Taco Bell Del Taco McDonalds nobody Smiles anymore to the customer. Is there no other stores on the planet anymore? Cant stand Barstows Walmart. Has to have the rudest people working there. And why do people wait almost an hour to get baby formula but people getting alcohol can get it 10 times before the babys formula??? Management is seriously lacking here.

Barstow Walmart is one of those places you only go if you have no other choices. Unfortunately had to go to the money center to pick up dinner money that had been wired.One guy and, not exaggerating, 26 customers at that time. Typical Walmart.

We stopped at this Superstore to purchase some ice and a small cooler. Found both and were pleased with the prices. Parking lot very adequate, and the store was well organized. Employees helpful in directing us to the areas of the store for these 2 items. Will visit if travelling through the area again.

This walmart is not as getto as the apple valley, victorville, Hesperia, and hwy 395 walmart. The employees are happy to help you they are happy to be at work and even the customers are polite here. Im glad I moved to barstow because its cleaner over here than the others.

The Walmart Supercenter is way better than are old Walmart and way bigger inside and outside the building.

Darlene at customer service as well as the manager (Short blonde haired female with covered name tag) was very unprofessional at this store as I was simply returning a defective item that I’ve been buying for 7 months straight. I was treated like garbage by these two. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and makes me uncomfortable to go back to this store.

Ghetto parking lot now with the homeless motorhomes living there at the store. Its so gross and they take up any shade.

This has got to be the largest Walmart I have been in; it is wise to bring a map with you, you could get lost. This place holds it all. Food, appliances for any daily use, even miniature diners, including Wetzel Pretzels (lovely pretzels they have). I found everything that I needed in there, and the time and care taken in creating the store is appreciated.

Its a Wal Mart. Given the barstow location its not the best Wal Mart, but at the end of the day its just Wal Mart.

Everything about this store is offensive. Why are there 9 people in line right now, no cashiers coming to help, and the one working is moving as slow as humanly possible. I mean, you have to try to be this slow.

Its just another Super Walmart where you can do your grocery shopping, have new tires put on your vehicle and get your prescriptions filled. However, since it wasnt in or near a bad area or in a bad city or townit was a comfortable, clean and safe shopping experience for myself here at the Super Walmart in Bullhead City AZ.

Door greeter was lively and friendly, outgoing young woman with bushels of Walmart spirit. Store was clean, associates where kind and very helpful as well. Check out was a breeze and out the door I went with a smile... Recommend

Its walmart nothing special, most of the baskets are kinda wonky so you gotta double check or youll be pushing a loud cart 😂. The employees are mostly friendly and always greet you and ask if you need assistance. Sometimes it takes awhile for them to unlock a case so you can get your items but were all human. Anywho cant complain too much good job guys

Store was clean and well organized. Though there were a lot of cars in the parking lot it was easy to find parking and the store was so spaced out that there was no overcrowding. Staff were friendly and the bathrooms were well maintained. A great pit stop on the way to vegas.
