The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I love the smoothies but if the staff doesn’t feel like making them they simply say “we’re not making them today. They have 4 ppl making two sandwiches so you get to wait for a smoothie while they all giggle. It’s so weird. Idk who the owner is but they should restaff. Wait lines are too long for 5 employees.

The smoothies are delish. Great pricing. Adjoined to a drive through subway. Right off the freeway. The only smoothie place in town. The customers are under served when subway is busy. As the employees work both sides.

Delectable! Quite possibly the finest smoothie I’ve ever tasted. I didn’t expect much from this small desert juice shack/Subway, but boy-oh-boy was I impressed. If you have any time to stop here after trekking through desert, I implore you to visit this fine establishment!

Honestly been to the subway part plenty of times but always noticed the jumpin juice & java part empty. Its been this way for awhile (even before COVID-19) now so are they closed in this part or not? Do you need to ask the Subway workers for help in that area Im confused?

Dont expect fast service. Ive been standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for anyone to take my order. Its lunch time so they are focused on subway orders and ignoring this counter.

The person from Subway who helped us was so nice.If you want ice cream and coffee, this is your place.Do not ever come here for a smoothie.Or ever come here ever.I just dont see the point of this place honestly?

How can a coffee shop run out of coffee? Did not know this for 5 minutes until someone came over from subway to help me. Rest stop bathrooms on I40 were cleaner. Teaches me to try to give my money to the smaller coffee shops. Next time in Barstow, Starbucks here I come.

Took 20 mins to receive order and was out of bananas when most of the drinks have bananas in them. Couple of drinks also lacked flavor, tasted watered down.

They made me the most delicious smoothie Ive ever had. It was orange with pineapple and agave and non fat milk. Delicious!!!! I went there on my way to Vegas and on the way back we came back and I got the same and it was as delicious as the first time. Thank you

Because the drinks are good there and they are healthy for you to.

I normally don’t have any issues at this location, but today I tried to go through the drive thru and no one said anything to me over the speaker. I asked if they were still open, already knowing they were for 12 more minutes. Still total silence. Not sure of what to do, I came inside to see three women with headsets on. I am very confused as two of them were standing in the back and one was helping another customer. The two not doing anything couldn’t even answer me when I asked a question? I will still be returning to this location just thought who ever is in charge should maybe brush their employees up on drive thru etiquette.

Love the menu. There are lots of options for smoothies and ice cream. Its also very customizable. Used to work here.

I like the drinks when they are made right went there last night at the drink was watery hardly n flavor. And I sat in drive with my mom for over 20 min b4 the worker noticed me and the car behind me my mom went in and asked if they were open she was rude and said ya be there in lil and then we waited another 10 min called the store and she said ph ya I forgot. Got mo discount for such a long wait n watered-down drinks supposed to be a frozen smoothie

Worker didnt know what a frappe was. the ice cream bowl is small, only a 2 year old would enjoy it.
