Clean shower clean pumps the way aka subway is fast

Great place to stay. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and outlet malls.

I like going to Mohave a few weeks a year this place is great, clean, free water, actual icees everything you expect in a clean travel center. Fair price beer and gas. Gets busy but its expected in the location and quality of place. Even when busy staff will handle 2 guest at once with two registers.A+++

Low price on gas sometime in the area. Hard to get in and out of the fuel island if you have a trailer or large motorhome, go to one if the other travel centers in the area for long vehicles, Loves, Flying J or Arco.

This place is very rundown, the pumps are broken, very dirty and terrible customer service. This gas station needs to be torn down and rebuilt!!!

Thought it odd that the door to the truck driver entrance was locked and blocked off during the overnight hours but the place was clean, stocked and staff was friendly. Shower was small but clean and had great water pressure. Subway didn’t disappoint either.

Pumps worked fine. I just felt taken advantage of everytime I go through Barstow...$4.20 / gallon of gas. Every Loves and Pilot and Flying J between Barstow and home was 30 cents a gallon cheaper. I guess thats Barstow for you.

What a coincidence, there are always no showers here in the Barstow piloton Saturdays, it seems quite strange to me. I think they dont want to clean them up.

Nice pilot overall, subway in store. And other options to eat close by. Only a small number of pumps, an maybe 20 total parking spots. Don’t not come here any day past 5 am expect to park, not going to happen. Showers are clean here, an usually no wait any time of day. Overall nice stop. Easy on an off.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. My husband said the urinals weren’t draining and the urine was up to the top. In the women’s bathroom only two of six stalls had paper and one sink worked. There was trash everywhere. If you stop for the expensive gas, I’d avoid going inside!!

Theres a lot of snacks to choose from. Its clean for a truck stop. We loved the huge selection of licorice. Lots of choices for sodas and drinks. Service was slow. They only had one cashier and they should have had 3.

I find the pilot travel center store to be very useful. Their bathrooms are usually clean which is a huge plus in my opinion. They have a lot of supplies to help you doing your travels. And their gas prices are very fair. If you send it for their rewards card you can even save more on their gas pricing. Overall the pilot travel centers are everywhere And I would recommend coming here.

Big pilot, one of the best stocked pilot stores. They have baked hot Cheetos. Thats a big fat W.

Pumped and got Subway here. This Subway does not accept the Subway app and I checked 3 buckets to clean my windshield and all were dried up with the squeegees and some had trash in them. No bueno.

I always love this place

When I entered the door, I forgot to wear a mask and was denied entry. I understand and support your behavior. But after you settled me in, a few African-Americans and whites entered the store without wearing masks. Are you just discriminating against an Asian truck driver?

I stop here on nearly every pass through the desert. They have many cool electronic items for charging and mounting cell phones in your automobile. I always seem to find something great I must have in my car.

I like this Pilot! Its clean, updated and well staffed. Bathrooms are kept up and not left wanting. Fuel island is free of the general trash left around by lesser drivers. Good and easy on/off location to the freeway and various choices for food nearby.

Pilot and Flying Js alike make long road trips fun and safe. Because these are truck stops, they even have showers to freshen up when driving through the night.Great selection and value.Be safe on the road

Love Pilot! Just wish this particular store was easier to get into with an RV and tow vehicle. It would be nice to have an RV lane or two where the big trucks fuel up. Have a nice day :)

Last stop on a drive from Boston to San Diego. Place has EVERYTHING one needs for a road trip, be it food, drinks, gear, anything your vehicle would need, And all at great prices. Highly recommend stopping here on your way to or from Vegas for fuel, food, and drinks!

Pilots been good to me, with being in the road and all.. I have been enjoying the fresh roasted organic coffee selection. Massive improvement.. Now to get more non gmo / organic deli food so we drivers can have easier access to healthy foods.

The service was fast and very friendly! The showers are always got and conveniently Subway is located in side. The guys at the checkout counter were defiantly happy to be working there and keep it clean and a nice environment...

Pilot travel centers are clean and well stocked. The owner gets a bad rap for how he manages his football team. Im willing to bet his football team will be hoisting Lombardis if he runs it the same way as he runs his Pilots. Plus, I hear its a fabulous company to work for. The employees seem happy and well engaged. Out of town? Pilots around.

This place has the raddest dragon figurine display Ive ever seen at a truck stop.

Stop here on my way 2 Nevada 2 deliver a hazmat load. Quite busy but very clean with outstanding professional help. I used Pilots b-4 & will continue 2 use them. All well maintain with outstanding help.

Gas prices are the best around town and they have pretty much anything you would ever need for your travels and then some! Lots of good stuff! The staff is also very friendly. They sell food products but I have never bought anything. Their restrooms are very well kept and clean. :)

What a friendly atmosphere! The kind and helping workers added together with a clean and well kept store equal and overall refreshing and honestly positive mood changing experience. When traveling far and in the heat, its a very needed change of scenery. Clean, stocked bathrooms. Clean well organized store. If the city ever gets Paige ave. Repaired and the new lights working, that will be a great improvement.

Decent station especially for this area. limited covid-19 nonsense, you can get your cups yourself, masks not required which is good. okay food service, okay customer service, and all our respect typical pilot center

Very clean and friendly. Easy access to and from the freeway. Restrooms were easy to find and very clean. Lots of water pressure in the sinks. Not sure if that is good or bad. But its better than not having enough :) i would stop here again. Their gas prices were also good. Lots of variety to choose from for merchandise. Truck stops seem to be the best choice. Also showers for those who need them. But beware no papertowels in the shower stalls because they expect you to have a towel with you so completely understandable.

Its a good place to stop on route. They have good food and I done laundry. Not too busy so quick in and out

Was reading reviews to determine if this was going to be a decent place to stop for my 10 hour break. Reading about regular customers who routinely start the pumps to put gas in their cars and then go inside, and get upset when they return to their car and find gas spilling onto the ground, lot lizards bragging about spending the night with trucks, and the idiot who thinks trucks are spraying chemicals into the air...I think I’ll pass this freak town altogether.

It was hot today &it was very cool inside. I was just about in pass out mode and the cool air brought me back to my senses. There was a fan in the bathroom even. I have seen a lot of things in bathrooms, but not a fan on hot days like today. The store was well kept & beautiful! The young man behind the counter was very helpful in aiding me being overheated!, thank you very much!😀

When you take the Flix Bus, they like to stop at truck stops to let the passengers walk around, to get something to eat or drink and to freshen up themselves. At this stop, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The store had a wide selection of fresh and fast food. I purchased two bottles of Bodyarmor sports drink to keep hydrated on this trip. The one thing I did not like was the high full retail price on most items.

At least at this location, the bathrooms are improving. Thats been my main problem with Pilot/Flying J is the bathrooms are gross, unlike Loves. I dont know what the showers look like at Pilot, but I use Loves as an example to compare other truck stops by.

Got myself a coffee, Gatorade and a Subway sandwich. In and out, no hassles and in this case, no waiting. No hassles except for one guy who doesnt know how to park.

One of the lowest gas prices on 15. Store was clean. They had very friendly and courteous service

I typically stop at Pilot to use the restroom and get a drink while traveling because theyre usually pretty clean. This one was okay. It was my first time stopping at this one that I can remember, but I saw the name Pilot and figured it should be fine. I also got lotto tickets, since... why not? LoL

Every time I see a pilot I stop because I know they’ll have a bathroom a good selection of food and drinks and the best priced fuel.

Good quick stop for fuel. Barstow is always a good stop,youll always find a parking spot somewhere. So many food choices.

Clean gas station where management was more than helpful and happy to pump my gas for me. Would have got five stars accepted price. But its gasoline, what are you going to do?

Slept in lot, did a ten. Got up about midnight about to leave got hot chocolate. Bathroom of course. I dont recall if it was clean or not but it served its purpose.😉Hope they found what electrical or whatever was burning. It smelt wierd near the coffee n drinks area. Other than that the late night cashier guy was nice and polite.

Mostly stopped here for a potty break. The Mens restroom was about what you would expect from a convenient store. Gas prices were comparable to the nearest competitors. I would stop here again if I had to but nothing about it was particularly impressive.

I always stop here on my way to Vegas. This time I found one of my favorite drinks, Faygo.. The service is always good and now they carry Faygo! WINNER!

Stopped in mid afternoon to get gas on my way from Arizona. The store front was being pressure washer so had to use side door. Facility was clean and well kept including bathrooms. When we were in line for checkout the manager was having a laugh with us about Florida. Very pleasant stop.

I stopped to get coffee it had good flavor. The place was very clean.

I enjoy stopping at the pilot centers when Im on the road all over the country.

The premium fuel here is over priced. I am not a fan of this new tactic the truck stop are using where they advertise a low price for the regular (87 octane) fuel but then charge an exorbitant price for the premium (91 octane) grade. If you see fuel advertised for $3.49 a gallon, you dont expect the premium stuff to cost 40 to 50 cents more! Thats almost four bucks a gallon! I would recommend stopping at a regular gas station in town where there are plenty of places that mark up the grades by the usual 10 cents each.

I would hive negative stars if i could. They took down review husband gave so reposing under mine they dont want it getting out they cheat truck drivers.My husband is a truck driver he does laundry once a week put laundry in washer put in pod shut door went to pay machine said $2.75 but was charged $3.25 ( over charged $1.00 that works out to $52.00 a year) showed manager charge no resolution answer was I DONT KNOW. Ill tell main manager but did not take our names or numbers so main manager could resolve this with us. To add insult to injury dryer says 50 min for $2.75 onky got 45 min . Will never use pilot again ho to TA. And this is during

Not a trucker but been stopping there for years on drive to and from Las Vegas for gasoline, rest stop, snack, restroom. Good place.

Pilot Travel Center off the 15 in Lenwood exit is awesome however, I miss the Dairy Queen that was in there but was lost to a fire 15 or so years ago. It sure beats Subway.

This is my always half way stop between Las Vegas and San Diego. Restrooms always clean aand easily accessible. Lots of choices for snacks and drinks. And decent gas prices. Also easy on - off of the freeway in both directions.

For its size this Flying J is clean. The building, store, showers and washrooms have always been in good shape when weve been there. The pumps can get pretty busy though. The parking lot is clean of debris as they use a little sweeper to keep this tidy...but other lazy truckers ruin the lot with dumping their stuff on the ground where it then bakes in the desert sun 😜

Got everything for a quick stop as well as a extend break from the road.

Stopped by for a quick break. Restrooms could have been cleaned. Soda area was okay. Employee didnt ask if refill cup was mine or not. Tried to charge me full price for what he thought was his cup.

Gas prices are a bit high, but you can get in and out quickly. The station also has a bathroom and trucker facilities. Subway available for a quick bit to eat.

Very clean and safe pit stop. Great food and snack choices. I usually stop by early morning and the staff is always cleaning or tidying the place up.

Over priced fuel. Coffee refill is 1.89. What a load of BS. Circle K and 7-11 have 1 dollar refills and cheaper fuel. Remember when truck stops had the best fuel prices and a coffee refill was free of you filled your tank. When Flying J Bought Pilot it all went south. Again they charged me 1.89 for a refill. Loves is cheaper, better coffee and not as busy.

It was okay, but I only got gas nothing more paid @ the pump went smoothly though.

People getting gas here be vigilant on your card transaction. Stopped to get gas on Oct. 24, 2018. Get a lovely email questioning me about charges on my card. The charge was incorrect for 152 bucks. I did mean charges, seemed like somebody there tried to charge my account 3 times for 152 bucks. Glad I checked my email and my credit card company is doing a fraudulent investigation. To make sure its clear, this is the Pilot in Barstow, California that this review is for.

A must stop when passing thru. Bathrooms are the most clean in the whole area. There is a lot of things you can get while in here, Food, gas, snacks, restaurant, even a shower if you need. There is a whole lot of parking area as well and you dont need to worry about not finding a spot. The staff is very nice and helpful and always maintaining the whole place in good shape. You can literally stay here for hours and relax.

One of the cleaner PTC hat I have visited. Subway (24 Hours) - fully stocked and organized. Sub station appeared to be well above standards, considering most others arent.
