The gentleman who helped us was very informative and patient we had so many questions, he didnt mind answering them . The problem was when we got our stuff home The couch had a slit on one of the cushions it came in the box another part was over it and we did not use scissors to open it so we know it wasnt us. When we took the pieces of our table out the legs had really big cracks in the wood so it was very upsetting but we love our furniture we had great customer service and honestly dont want to go through the hassle of calling and complaining. Just be sure to check your furniture when you go home . We took pictures the same day but we live 45min away so just left it .

I am absoluetly pleased with purchase as well as the customer service! William did my contract and explaned the whole 90 day same as cash process. Jose organized my delivery and was able to get my deilivery earlier. Richard and Primo delirvered my furniture already assembled with no scratches. Awesone job!

Waited almost a month for delivery, and then when the day came for it to be delivered, they didn’t show up. Very unprofessional and extremely irritating to deal with. I would not buy anything from here if you’re looking for furniture. Go somewhere else and spare yourself the frustration.

Problem getting my delivery on date that was given. Then was asked how I was going to handle my balance? My balance was paid in full at the time of purchase which was over 1000.00 Then had to argue with the person over the phone about me paying twice! His customer service wasnt good at all!

Paid over 2 grand for them to tell me that they didn’t have my receipt! Thank god I had mine ! Then told me multiple different times for delivery and then never showed that day....very unprofessional!
