Needed several cut glass windows done timely and less than initial estimate.

I brought in a sliding window to get the glass replaced, from beginning to end the transaction was smooth and on point. The staff is very nice and professional. The prices were competitive and reasonable (they didnt try to rip me off) they are running an honest business that is hard to find.I highly recommend Barstow glass and mirror and would definitely be returning customer.

After calling around Barstow Glass had given us the best price to replace a large broken window. They came out and measured to get an exact quote, the glass took about a week to arrive and they came out a week later to replace it. We will definitely use them for future projects.

One of the best businesses if not the BEST in BARSTOW! i was a first time customer and was blown away with, in my opinion, the best service in town. this afternoon, I brought a part of our small cabinet that has a glass part that was broken... Wow, they got it replaced in minutes.. the man took the part and the measurements and wow comes back with a new glass in it. I highly recommend this place for any household glass repairs. (caveat, just dont know if i just got lucky this time, finally something good)

Great customer service. Their prices are much better than Home Depots. Theyre also able to do window needs that no one else can do in Barstow.... Like cut glass to a custom size!

Very Bad Service. Worst business service experience ever. On Monday, January 20, 2020, I gave the go ahead and she told me small bathroom window frame with replaced glass will be ready Friday. On Friday, they tell me now it is Tuesday. Then Monday, she calls me and tells me she does not know when it will come in. Maybe Tuesday or maybe the following Friday, or maybe past that. I was promised same week and would have gone elsewhere if she did not lie the first time. Order cancelled. Never again and maybe lawsuit.

Really friendly over the phone and very helpful. I was quickly helped when I went in and they cut the glass that I needed right then and there was very friendly and very helpful. Most places you go would rather have you wait and give you terrible customer service or say that they cant do it right then because they are lazy! So thank you so much for your help and taking good care of me I highly recommend going there for any of your glass needs.
