Love this store!!! Its a toy store for grown men. No commercial grade items though, so I kind of miss H & E at times

There was a manager there that was the rudest person I have dealt with. 5he cashiers are mostly all nice and helpful minus one or two thats why the three stars.

If youre a man or a woman in too tools this is a great place to go for cheap quality parts tools and accessories.

I went to the store to purchase glass storage container. I found the things I purchased at a bargain price: the 2.1 quart containers cost $3.99; a three pack 4 oz container for $4.99.

This Is Harbor Freight differs from most others. The staff is most helpful and the location offers plenty of parking.They stock all the usual Harbor Freight merchandise, moreover their off-road section has quality items at great pricing.I recommend this store and its people.

The customer service is always helpful and always asking if I need help. They make me feel welcomed, and the store always have what I need.

I love this Harbor Freight. Its always clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and I dont have to drive all the way to Victorville. On average, I spend about $100 per month there, and get twice the bang for my buck than I would get at Home Depot.

Actual store is clean, organized, and roomy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Felt comfortable inside, not pressured, not being followed and or watched throughout entire visit. Only disadvantage is the surrounding area or location depending on the time of day and or night, but overall, so far so good.

Harbor Freight has the best customer service and warranties. I had a small tool broken out of my 200 piece tool box, the manager was willing to open up another new box just to replace the tool. I told her it was ok, Id have felt bad for opening a brand new set just for my one tool.Daniel the manager definitely went way out of his way to provide excellent customer service today. Definitely a return customer and would recommend Harbor Freight to anyone.

Staff helped me find what I needed

Low quality framing nailer, less than 300 nails and jammed. Nobody can remove jammed nail, store staff could not care less including manager. Called corporate. Cheap low quality no customer satisfaction..made the wrong call

I am a home mechanic in my free time. I use harbor freight for all my specialty needs. Compression testers, pullers, ball joint tools, electrical and OBD2, all things like that. If you need sockets get the black ones as they are stronger. Their regular sockets are ok but dont torque on them. Sometimes they leave some misc sizes out of the metric sets but you can use standard sizes to make up for that.You cant beat their prices and warranties and customer service. It is simply the best.Definitely pay the $20 per year for the loyalty card as it pays for itself with 2 or 3 purchases.They are not snap-on or Mac quality but they dont claim to be. For the house it is perfect.I have a 2500 lb winch that is wireless controlled and I use it weekly on my car trailer and works like a dream.

Everytime i come to this Harbor Freight in barstow the employees are always kind. Very helpful. They always have some kind of sale going on. And i believe the manager, guy with the long blonde hair. He made an already great visit better. This is my first stop for tools in town. And I would recommend it for you too. I dont usually leave reviews but this was a well deserved 5 stars.
