I dont know about their service ortheir work, but I can say they are totally unprofessional. I called to get a quote on labor only. I get a call back with a quote for labor and parts. I kindly told them to screw off. Then I get texts and calls from staff there asking me to meet up so they can handle things properly. It was so bad I had to tell them I was calling sheriffs office if they didnt stop harassing me. I wouldnt use or recommend this place for anything

I was beyond grateful for this business. I live in GA and my daughter lives in Bartlesville ok. I was was able to call Mr. Madden and tell him the issues my daughter was dealing with and expected it to be costly for me especially being I wasn’t there to do the work myself. I really expected getting taking advantage of. Mr. madden checked out her car, called me and told me it was simply bad tire. I even tried to do some work and he assured me the car was in very good shape, and only needed a tire. Sure enough that was all it was. Madden Auto has made a lifetime relationship and definitely earned my business.

I was staying in Bartlesville for work and needed a brake job on my Silverado. I needed it kinda quick and i notified them late that afternoon. Mr. Madden waited on me to get there from my job in Kansas. He was quick professional, and had me out within an hour with a new set of breaks at a reasonable price .

Took my car in there due to my steering wheel shaking, turns out it was just my tires, nothing major. very happy with there service.

After tons of disappointments with mechanics in town, these guys did right by us. Not only did they squeeze us in on a day where they were booked up, but they fixed the problem and test drove the car before sending it back to us. Most mechanics would have replaced everything the code said was wrong and sent it back. These guys double checked everything first and therefore saved us a bunch of money.Highly recommend.

This is a bit of a different review. I have actually never had anything done by them due to my lack of finances. But I have called a few times and it is the best mechanic/ price quote experience I have ever had, and Ive had alot. Vicky talks to you like shes known you for years. If theyre unable to help you, she gives you options, work arounds, where you might be able to go instead. I was stressed and on the verge of just rolling my car off a cliff. But by the time I got off the phone with Vicky, I decided to keep the car intact. And could see the light at the end of the troubled car tunnel. Just by the phone calls, they have gained a life long customer.
