Got my car back to me in less than a work shift, even though the closest store with the special part they needed was half a state away.I felt like family. Seriously. I felt like I was getting the help I needed from someone who actually cared about me as a person, and not just about the bottom line. I had a HUGE repair, it was a long time till payday, I couldnt afford the full cost of the repair, but I could come close. Wow, man.... they worked to find me every discount, coupon, and wound up taking off nearly $200.00!!!Jimmy, Jonathan... Youre my hometown heroes!!! Thanks guys for literally coming to my rescue!!!

How many polacs does it take to fix one flat?. Almost two hrs and the tire still sits atop the rim on the tire machine. Christ. I could a done been to Walmart or doller general. Bought a tire plugger n been on down the road. I wont be back again.

First time Ive ever given a Firestone 5 stars... Manager did a great job of handling a freakish busy Monday with only 1 tech. Working... did take a long time but was expecting that as I was getting oil change, tires rotated and a flat fixed.. Great job!!! Manager showed a since of urgency that I seldom see at firestone. Have to come here due to rental service agreements and the lethargic people working behind your counters often piss me off... I have walked out of 3 different one in less than a year... really...your process for an oil change is way to long .should never take an hour to change your oil. However the gm of this location was at least friendly and made the wait not so painful.

Had a appointment to get an alignment, was told they didn’t have the right tool to do the job 100% right. So I had to go to the dodge dealership. Yet still charged me $23.99 to do a check, I already knew I needed an alignment that’s why I made the appointment in the first place. Not my fault you didn’t have the right tools for the job

Wow! They have a customer for life. My tire blew across the street from their store. They were shorthanded, booked solid and it was closing time on a Friday. The manager himself, Troy, checked on us and cane to assess the car. Techs Allen and Sarah, stayed late after a long, shorthanded shift to get my family safely back on the road. Great customer service is hard to find anymore, they just raised the bar!

Took my car in for a oil change and to have a flat fixed and to see why the check engine light was on. The manager Jesse is short with people, rude and arrogant. The guys in the shop tho are amazing. Matt, I believe was his name, had my car done in no time and even educated me on recommendations for Ford for service repairs. The men in the shop work hard and really do care about the customers. The manager tho cant even look you in the eye and tends to talk down to you just because your a women.

Took forever to get tire fixed then it was flat again next day

I took my truck on two occasions attempting to get my a/c repaired. On the first occasions they had my truck for a few hours and called me saying that it had been repaired. I went to retrieve my truck and was told that the problem was simply the freon levels which as a shade tree mechanic myself I already eliminated that as a possibility. I went ahead and paid and took my truck which of course was not repaired and I had a terrible odor of burning a/c compressor oil and smoke coming through my vents. So I thoroughly checked out the situation and my compressor still had not kicked in. I called and complained of course. On my next opportunity I called ahead to bring my truck back to be looked at by their master mechanic. I was told to bring it in. I brought it in and along with the a/c I asked that they check my tire pressure; which didnt happen. They had my truck for 6 more hours this time and I decided to call and check on it at which time I was informed that they checked the same stuff that they did the first time with no luck and that their scan tool was broken so they couldnt go any further. So basically because they failed to be up front with me I wasted two days without my truck to still have broken a/c.

Appt for tire rotation and oil change, didnt rotate the tires! Is this a tire shop? They deemed it unnecessary. Its been 6,000 miles and the tires were purchased there!

I had gone online and chosen a set of 4 tires that I wanted on my car they said they were in stock so I made the appointment. A few hours later the associate calls me to let me know they dont have those tires bit they have the next ones up that are $40 more per tire since I was really needing tires I didnt have a choice I said ok. And he set me up for a 9 am appointment on saturday. I show up at 8:45 Saturday morning . He goes over a few things with me explained the extended warranty I tell him I do not want it . Ok so he says it will be about 10:30 or 11 when my car is done due to them being behind ( they opened at 8 but ok) they finally call me at 12:30 to tell me the tires are done and that I need an alignment I said ok go ahead. 12:45 they are done with alignment. I go in to pick it up and am told they couldnt do anything for my front because it was the strut and it came off the lot that way. No I am the only owner of this car and I have had it checked numerous times the last time being about a month ago. So the salesman goes and talks to the GM who said oh must have been from an accident or something but either way we cant do anything on that. Ok fine Ill go to my normal guy that I trust. So i paid and leave only to get home and find that i was charged the 70 something for the extended warranty. I will not go back to Firestone. Looks like I will always go to tate boys only reason I didnt was I was in desperate need to have the tires that day.

I was in Bartlesville visiting my Uncle and needed an oil change before making the trip back to Colorado. I called a day ahead of time to set it up, but I’m pretty particular when it comes to the oil and filter I use. I worked it out with an associate (Sarah) at the shop to pre-order my oil filter and I brought in my own oil. My original appointment the next day was for 11, but I had some time free up before then and I called at 8am the day of the appointment to see if they could squeeze me in at 9:3am. Not only did they fit me in, but they got it done in less than 40 minutes ! Now, I wouldn’t expect everyone to be able to get in and out like me, as I’m sure on any given day they have prior commitments they need to make. But, If you are looking for an honest company that truly believes in old fashioned customer service at a fair price, The Firestone in Bartlesville, OK is definitely something you should consider.
