Had good selection of merchandise and a few deals

My daughter and I went in to bay a $150 pair of shoes on Monday and they didnt have her size. They tell us try try back in a couple of days so we do. The lady working ask if she could help us so my daughter showed her a picture of the shoes she took two days before. The lady said we dont carry those then I say we were in her two days ago when we took this picture in your store. The lady then called me a lire. I then turn very red face and told my girls to go to the truck. Will not be back at this store in bartlesville ok. Said to cause I buy lots of shoes for my teenage girls

Great if you enjoy being watched like a hawk,literally 4 ft.away and just staring and watching .not helping not anything but staring. I will shop elsewhere

This hibbetts sucks... Shoes are overpriced.. Only one or two shoes in the size i needed. Customer service was ok.. But doesnt matter if you cant find anything to buy. Its the location not all hibbets cuz the one in tulsa always has stock. Plus wayyyyy more selection and on sale items...

Okay customer service, but it took several minutes to come over and help us. They dont carry Mens 14, wides and had limited sizes on all the shoes we inquired about.Very disappointed.

Received excellent customer service while getting my son some soccer cleats. They are located next door to Staples, no longer inside the mall.
