First visit here for a contact exam. Leslie asked me about my current contacts and ordered another brand to see which is the best fit. Great office. 5*

She knows I have dry eyes due to the Optix brand contact lenses she wanted to sell me. A MONTH later, she has not YET ordered the trial contact lenses I have asked her to order (the brand that I have been wearing for a year). I will complain with other institutions about her. This is by far the WORST place I have ever encountered.If you can read this, I will advise you to RUN away from her services and her office staff. I have learned my lesson: Wait for an appointment with other optometrists, rather than get an appointment the following day. Ive been waiting for over a month for my prescription, and she has not yet finalized it.She does not care for her patients. Any complaints you may have are not addressed, because she and her condescending office manager (who is also her husband) have the final word on everything.

This the first time in years that I have a high quality contact prescription and perfect vision (i.e., with contacts:))!! Thank you Dr. Faulkner!!!

When they didnt have any frames in stock that I wanted they ordered some in a couple for me to try on. They were great help!
