The manager is always so helpful, I bring my jewelry in frequently to have it cleaned and they’re always more than happy to help, even if I’m not purchasing anything. The ladies here have made me a customer for life! Best customer service around.

Cant see the jewelry through all the gross stuff all over the jewelry display cases. Judging by the employees appearance, Im not surprised. Greasey hair and wearing what looked like pajamas is not what I would expect from this company.

Rude teenagers that work here. They were more interested in playing on their phones than helping or showing us anything. Ive been in here before and 2 of them jumped up with their Starbucks and computer and ran to the back, leaving 1 person in the front. Then sounded like they were annoyed by her asking for assistance with an issue we had. Ill stick with McCoys or find another location. The Bartlesville location is the worst Kays Ive ever been to.

So went to look for something for the wife today. COULD NOT GO INTO THE STORE BECAUSE OF THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH PART OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION THEY WANT TO USE. They apparently like free speech but not the 2nd Amendment. Do not shop at any of these stores. They are a gun free zone and have no system in place to provide customers a safe place to shop.

My husband and I wanted to buy a special piece of jewelry for our granddaughter.Before parking we checked the store windows and doors for notices regarding face mask, there were none. Upon entering the store we observed the young female store clerk put her face mask on. At this point without any welcome or greeting she said very abruptly “Do you have face masks?” (We did and put them on) She continued being rude, unfriendly and was not helpful! We were apparently a great inconvenience to her, needless to say we did not make a purchase, we purchased elsewhere and we will not patronize this store.

Brought my wife’s rings in to be sized and soldered on July 8th and they were supposed to ready on July 23rd. We were already disappointed with a 2 week turnaround and now they won’t be ready until July 30th (maybe)! They told us a master jeweler quit so they are behind - this is not an acceptable excuse from a national retailer. Three weeks for sizing is subpar to industry standards!!

I love having Kay’s Jewelers in Bartlesville! I lost the back of my diamond earring and they gave me a replacement! I will be back for sure!

Right now, I am not impressed at all. My ring was supposed to be back on the 20th and now we are being told that we will possibly have it by the 30th!? Im sorry but this is a highly established chain and this should not be happening under any circumstances.
