I like Big Lots but this one leaves a big lot to be desired. Higher prices than the others and I have found very little here that I would buy. I recommend the store in Owasso over this one. No comparison!

We stopped in and got this furniture... Super comfortable set. Great customer service and help loading it into our truck.

Okay! Was out of a lot of things like stuff needed restocked. But then again I did go first thing in the morning. There was some adorable puppy paw pillows and Boston blanket.

Went in to look at furniture and the sales person wouldnt leave us alone. Found something I thought Id like but it was out of stock but the sales person tried to sell me something else. I told her three times Thanks for helping us. We will check to see if it is in later. But she kept hovering like she thought I was going to put a chair in my pocket and steal it. Wont look here again.

The service is amazing. They were very polite about the questions me and my family had.

Always clean sometimes a great deals much quieter and less traffic than other places in town.

Bought furniture from here. Sales lady was very pushy and followed us around the entire store. Wouldnt leave us be. Also still waiting on said furniture to be delivered. Have called 5 times was suppose to be here between 10-2, it is now 6:16pm and still no furniture and they refuse to tell me where it is.

Had a lot of nice things n they were real friendly n nice.

Always fun to browse and usually have the necessities sans the cold grocery items.

Currently it is December 2020. I went to Big Lots a few days ago and earlier last week. This is the Big Lots in Bartlesville Oklahoma. I very much enjoyed my visit and it was well staffed and they were helpful as much as they could be. People kept their social distance. I saw many people wearing masks including the employees. It was a clean store. I would recommend it

Always find something new each visit and reasonable prices on items as well as good mark down prices on clearance items.

Love Big Lots but miss the Big Lots of the old days!

I bought a shower caddy to put up on Mon. Yesterday went to put it together and it was missing the pension pin to expand it. Went to return it today they said they are not taking back anything until May 16. Spent $26.00 on it. So big lots you have lost my business after going there for almost 10 years. Hope you enjoy that $26.00 you got from me

Im not rating this as the end all be all store. Im only rating this store as place to shop thats not the wall of marts or a general type of dollar store. With that said its not bad. Usually, even before coronaviris, this store was never packed with people. It was just a place too get in and get out without hassle. The employees are friendly. And its still fairly new so its clean. They dont carry as much stuff as the bigger stores but enough stuff that if you just dont want to see crowds of annoying unhappy people walking around on their cell phones thinking you really need to know about their last doctors appointment, sorry, just had a moment, then this is a good store to shop in.

I have not visited the new store since it opened. I rarely come to this store. Mainly because of prices and it was a mess. They have different stuff. Good gift stuff around holidays. We also got a good deal on a nice twin mattress for my son. They have different food items.

Nice selection. Not tacky or cheap like the dollar type stores. I bought nice Faberware and those fancy copper pots n pans. Will shop again. Good return policy. No questions asked or guilt trips. They trust you.

The last two times I was in this store the cashier was extremely rude. Acted like I wasn’t there and made me stand there and wait like I was inconveniencing them. This last time today (Sept 17) around 2:15 pm. I went to the register- no one was in line, just me. I sat down 2 cans of soup and the clerk just looked at me as she was running her fingers through some red tickets in a plastic container (weird to say the least). I waited, and waited (saying nothing at this point) - but she just stood there acting like I wasn’t there. Then the phone rang and she answered it. At that point I just walked out. I never had this experience at the old location. I know this one is bigger and requires more staff, but they need to be better supervised.

Nice little business, nice staff. Although it wasnt Craftsman the tools I bought there years back came in handy. Sadly since being away for awhile they were stolen. Now BigLots has little to offer in there tool selection...sure could use a set of standard and metric open / box-end wrenches. 😟

Prices on foods are a little high but not bad. Furniture on the other hand is very cheap. Headboards are actually cardboard.

They have a great variety in store. Good prices friendly workers and very helpful. I was noticed by at least 3 sales people very helpful. The atmosphere was so neat, pleasant and exciting.

Shop here all the time. Surprising what you find, cleaning products, garden stuff, spices and condiments, backing supplies and pet stuff as well as stuff to decorate. They have furniture as well and there is always a 20% off sale once a month. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. They need a bigger store so so glad they are moving to the old Hobby Lobby this year.

Furniture is hard to come by in the current market, but I did purchase a new Ashley Dresser and works very well with my current bed.

Have note been here in a while. They have a lot of new stuff and have really cleaned up the place. Seems like a lot less clutter and easier to get around. Friendly and helpful employees too.

One of my favorite places to shop and the new store in Eastland Center is so nice. They dont have as much of some things that they did before but the store is more roomy and easy to get around.

Lots of healthy, yummy snacks to furniture, theyve got everything in their nice, new, big store.

The staff here are very friendly. Any time I stop by and cant find something, someone goes above and beyond to help me find it instead of just pointing me in the direction. They have a large variety of products including living, dining, and bedroom furniture. I will definitely keep coming here to avoid Walmart. Thanks Big Lots.

Nice store, very clean, has a little bit of everything, lots of home decor. They have some really nice furniture and good prices.

Love to go here and get nuts and differ kinds of chips and sodas.

Sales representative was not helpful at all, almost rude. Bought new chair and sofa, chair has huge hole in cushion, couch was completely wrong color we ordered, rep did not even attempt to correct the situation.

They have basically what every other big lots has food, furniture, home decor, festive decorations. Love that they have discounted prices on different items (chips, soup, ect.) making them comparable or cheaper to Walmart prices.

I was rather disappointed with this Big Lots. They dont carry a lot of items other Big Lots do. They are often out of the items they have. Its not organized the same as others either. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
