Have used AFC twice to make tempered glass shelves. Love the look, great place to work with. Will be using again in the future, I’m sure.

It took over 4 business days for them to get me a QUOTE for a price and they had extremely poor communications. I called several times to find out the status because I was trying to work my work schedule around them and they would tell me they would call me back and then never call me back, it happened several times which was very frustrating. When I complained to them about it I was told that they view calling back too many times to the customer as rude... It took a total of 3 weeks to get the glass in and installed. They ALSO cracked the tiles when doing the installation and did not bother telling me that the tiles cracked, I would have understand if they just told me about it instead of acting like it didnt happen. It took 4 and a half hours for the install compared to the hour to hour and a half they told me it would take. The final product is fine but I am not impressed with the effort it took on my part to get there when they should have been keeping me informed through the whole process and also the cracked tiles that they didnt tell me about.

This place must be extremely busy with customers or just lack intelligence and professionalism to call potential customers in proper time. I called them at the end of January to set up a time for them to come out to do an estimate. It took me calling four times over a 2 week time period for them to connect me with Randy the estimate guy. He came out, measured, and said they would call me with an estimate. That was Valentines Day... I have not heard from anyone at AFC. I’m guess they have so much business that they don’t need new business.
