They are eager to sell you something but when it breaks down the parts guys wont give you a call back or the sales team wont either
Lost my business they are not farmer friendly . 1st there website says they close at 5:30.I went at 5 to get more netwrap for my round baler, there was couple guys around back so said i need get some net they said we close at 5 i said website says 5:30. Regardless if your in the tractor business farmers and ranchers are your business you was there and i was in a bind to get my hay done before the rain. Iwould not recommend this place for the farmers and ranchers in this area.

I purchased a MX 5200 from the people who owned this Kubota Dealership prior Romans buying the business. They did everything they said they would do and I have been happy with the purchase. Romans purchased the dealership, I have only had 1 dealing with them. A very minor order, I need a key (I lost one of mine) and a small rubber plug for my Land Pride Brush Hog (purchased with the tractor). A month and a half ago (approximately) I called Romans and asked if they could get the parts and mail them to me and I would pay what is needed. They said no problem, I have had to call back several times and they have told me that they have mailed them on more than one occasion. Once they told me they had been mailed, then said “oops they are still laying on the desk”. At this point I still don’t have them, I just called and they will have to check and call me tomorrow. I don’t know it it’s incompetence or if they lie but let’s be honest this is a very simple task. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD LET THEM WORK ON MY TRACTOR regardless. It’s a further drive to the West Tulsa Kubota Dealership but I’ll gladly do business there. I’m not calling them again, I’m not confident they will call me tomorrow but if they do or don’t I’ll start my relationship in West Tulsa on Monday. I’m due a fluid change and I’m doing business in W Tulsa.
Customer service is non-existent, no communication with customer at all. Won’t be back.
Repair shop is terrible.. wish Id never bought a kubota. In the middle of mowing season they have had a piece of equipment for over a month and still do not know what is wrong with it. No communication whatsoever.
