The experience was great buying the bed, sales person was great and very helpful but when you tell a customer that the bed is in stock and will be delivered two days later, then call back the next day and tell you that you might get it a month to six months later that’s not very good business

The associate Jordan was very knowledgeable yet friendly! He helped me find the perfect box spring for my new queen mattress. He answered any questions I had and was very polite. I wanted a nicer box spring with more than just wood for support but didn’t want to spend too much so Jordan showed me a “used” item. I was apprehensive at first but he explained that it was just an old floor model still completely sealed in plastic that had been marked half off! I highly recommend Mattress Firm and Jordan.

I have mixed feelings I ordered the purple 2 before I moved because the man told me it would be no problem to return it if I did not like it. For me the money I paid for it was so not worth it. Now I will say to return it was fast but my issue was it came with free sheets and a a pillow. They told me I would get about 1914.36 but I paid 2176.38 when I ask was told they can’t resales the sheets but why should I pay for a free gift that I don’t even want. I give it a 2 and that’s only because the sales man was very sweet while I was in the store.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the different types of bedding they sold. He answered our questions and was quite helpful in finalizing our transaction and delivery. I would definitely recommend this Mattress Firm store in Bartow Florida.

We were still in the 120 sleeps trail and needed to switch out to a different mattress because our mattress was too firm. We were told we would have to pay the difference because we got it on a promotion (because it was a tempur pedic mattress) so we were never going to buy from Mattress Firm again. We went and saw Lindsay Peace (Robbins), the assistant manger, she was amazing with this process. We spent a lot of money on a mattress and want to love it. We are not only getting a different mattress but also the top of the line adjustable frame without having to spend anymore money. Lindsay made it right and definitely changed our minds about Mattress Firm. We wont go anywhere else from now on and will be recommending everyone!
