Ahmad was very professional from the first call to his assistance in person. We wanted to upgrade from the IPhone10 to the IPhone 12. He told us the advantages of the the I Phone 12 Pro. We bought two, two Otter-cases, 2 screen protectors and various cords. It was a great package. We left with everything we needed. He helped us set up the phones....everything in less than a hour. I would highly recommend AT&T in Bartow.

We went to the store for 2 new iphone s and Ahmad set us up with Iphone 12 Pros. It was a great experience and we are happy with the new phones.

Great customer service. Just as a warning though if you get a guy named Chad to assist you. Just save your energy and wait for someone else. His manners are less than to be desired. The other two guys that work here are absolutely amazing! And I will return here due to their diligence and patience.

Ahmad provided excellent service and the plan we received was cheaper than the one I had at Verizon. I was a customer at Verizon for 22 years and the customer service has gone way down. Verizon isnt loyal to its long time customers.

The employees at this location are very good, they know what they are talking about, and they are extremely helpful. I went to the store the other day considering about switching from Verizon and I was not sure about the change. After I went in, the manager attended me, showed me options, fully convinced me and even made me feel very comfortable about the change. I give this store 10 thumbs up!

Chris Rivera was absolutely amazing. My dad is not the best with technology and came to Mr. Rivera after being locked out of his iTunes account (not that AT&T could help with that lol), but Mr. Rivera was patient, kind and helpful to my dad. He was willing to stay on the phone with me until I was able to reset my dads information and did so with such a sincere and pleasant attitude. I am truly thankful for his outstanding customer service and I truly hope that AT&T sees and appreciates Mr. Rivera like we do.

But when I needed an emergency phone I ran into the greatest person who explained everything with precise detail. Anna helped me with a new iphone 8 and an iPad 5 gen.

Chris is a dishonest and disrespectful fast talker type of representative. He will try to sell you things you dont need just for commission/incentives and after the sale gives you the run around for help and try to sell you more stuff. Try another sales guy or AT&T store. Trust me! You will regret Christ at this location

My mother went to the store a couple days ago, and she said it was a bad experience.The sales person named Chad B gave a very bad customer service. He was not friendly from the start. When he rang the item, the price was different than what he had said in the beginning. So my mom asked, but he did keep insisting that was the right price. When she decided to return the item to the store because of his attitude, she was going to be charged $10 restocking fee even though the item was going to be returned on the same day (less than 10 mins apart). The price difference was not a problem, his attitude was! He was very rude toward my mom. Perhaps he had had a bad day, but when someone works in a retail store, he/she still needs to provide a good customer service.

I had a terrible experience with one employee at this store who claims to be the manager, but clearly is NOT. He gave me what I thought was a “good deal” but he ripped me and my parents whom I referred to this store before I found out he is a scam artist. He told me that the iPad was “free” and told me it “Must be sold with the iphone 8 plus” i was purchasing at the store or I can’t walk out with the phone. He never told me att would charge me a $45 activation fee $20 a month for service. He also scammed my parents into getting the most expensive phones And DIRECTV and DIRECTV now in one day and said the phones were free. And they’d only pay $90 a month but their bills have been $230 or more. CHAD is a con artist, I don’t know why he has been working there for as long as he said he has been. BEWARE OF CHAD!!!!!!

The lady there was unknowledgeable about phones, wanted to get the sim card changed from a Samsung to a iPhone and she said that the iPhone was locked... went to the South Florida ave At&t and the guy didn’t say anything about it being locked.
