They make their drinks strong at this Starbucks! If you go inside and order at the counter, prepare to wait at least 15 minutes. The drive thru and mobile orders take precedence here.

I ordered the salted caramel sweet cream cold brew. The sweet cream melted into the coffee way quicker than the others I have gotten from different Starbucks locations.

Whenever I feel like treating myself with a refresher or white chocolate mocha this is the starbucks I go to... Friendly employers...

At first I was loving it but the more and more times I go it seems the quality of the products are getting worse and my drink isnt made as good. And why are yall always running out of everything?? Smh

Most of the staff is rude. Always. I dont mind waiting, at all, but you should acknowledge your customers. Legit, they always have something smart to say back.

FINALLY‐ they have Oatly brand oatmilk as a non-dairy option. So happy! Heads up though, long drive thru times in the early morning but the staff is so friendly and kind that waiting is no biggie

Something is definitely very wrong with this particular Starbucks. When I went the first time I already noticed there was a substantial insect problem, with flies buzzing all around us as we were trying to talk. The doors had large gaps between them letting anything in, and the next time I was there friend of mine even found a roach in their coffee! Im all for having a Starbucks in Bartow, but if this is what theyre going to do Id rather there not be one.

The mocha frappuccino is great!!!! One of my favorites on the menu and I absolutely love their banana, pumpkin and lemon bread

I dont think Ive ever had an experience where the barista has messed up my order, or if they have theyve immediately volunteered to remake it and give me both the drink I ordered and the other one. The staff is always very nice, even when theyre obviously very busy. Some of the best customer service Ive ever seen.

Batista rude. Asked if they had a certain pastry, was told they would check, when they came back they said they had it and once I pulled to the drive thru window was then told they didnt have it. Been here 5 times and every time it has been an unpleasant experience. Done trying expecting a different result.

The worst experience!I went to get some drinks through the drive thru and I tried to order another drink at the window and the girl told me I couldn’t add another drink there was no one behind me theres no reason why she couldn’t add another drink to my order. When she finally decided to do it. she turned around with a BIG ATTITUDE and she add the drink and it was not even what I asked for. I had to turn around when inside the store. “Completely empty inside” and I waited for like four minutes before someone can actually acknowledge me and say how can I help. Literally all of them just looked at me and ignore me until the girl that it was in the back decided to say how can I help you?Very unprofessional and clearly not good customer service either. I love Starbucks. Pleaseee if you going to work in a fast food a least treat people right.(Btw first time visiting this location. I Live in Tampa and never, ever experienced this type of behavior.

I usually can say Starbucks is normally consistent. However tgus location seems to be short staffed, early accepts online orders during early mornings, and/or drive through register goes down.The staff are usually super friendly and i have to say is the only reason I have gone back to see if therw are improvements.

Drive up 5 stars. Inside 2 stars. Always out of half the items I want. They were so focused on the drive up as it is a busy location and neglected the inside customers.Mulberry /Christina location always on point and 5 stars all the time.

Ordered a cheese Danish 2 doughnut and 4 cake pops waited over 25 min and still didnt get cheese Danish. Spend 20.00 way not worth it. Worst Starbucks ever!!

If I could give a zero I would! I asked for a specific drink when I let them know to make it again with coffee. They literally gave me the same drink again. I showed them a picture because what they gave me is not what I get... and the guy said with eyes wide open uhh well we cant make that and shrugged his shoulders.. so why is the item I ordered on the board?? If you cant make it the way I asked?

This is what I open my coffee cup to when I get to school. I really dont understand why Im missing this much coffee after paying so much for it. I think Im done with Starbucks. I understand leaving space and room so it prevents leaking or spelling and it probably allows for an easier transport. But this is a little too low.

Ive been getting the same drink for years, a caramel macchiato with almond milk... for years. Every time I get it from Bartow its disgusting and it tastes like it barely has any flavor. Im coming from tampa and frequenting multiple locations in that area Ive never had a problem so I dont know If this location needs to be retrained or what? All I know is Ive given them multiple chances and Im not one to complain even though I had to send my drink back one day for being cold, so Ill just opt to no longer visit this location, which is sad considering how convenient it is. The service is really good though and the people are nice so... atleast you got that

Worst Starbucks around. I hardly ever get my order correct...Venti coffee with always at least 2 inches from the top even when ordering no room no foam All I want is a FULL cup of coffee! They NEVER DO IT! And I always get attitude when I ask for a full cup. Starbucks on Lake Miriam by Publix is the place to go and where I will be going from now on.

This Starbucks is absolute worst one I go to. It never fails, just about every morning (especially weekends) they close the inside so you have to go through the drive thru and wait forever in a line wrapped around the building. Theres been two instances where I mobile ordered to pickup my stuff before running to work and because they had the inside closed, I had to miss out on my order and they cant refund your card unless they scan your card, so Ive been put 2 mobile orders. Its absolutely ridiculous.

I love peppermint mocha. The app works to get you in and out.

Very nice atmosphere and interior. The baristas are very nice and helpful.

Overall the crossaints both chocolate and butter were great however the venti medicine bomb wasnt the right drink and it tasted like peppermint water. And the tea was the only reason we stopped by. And idk if its normal but the honey was so crystallized I couldnt squeeze any out.

The bliss bar was not cold so that made it very mush & hard to eat. I also dont think they made my drink right, I asked for a venti iced white mocha with only 4 pumps of white mocha and eight of raspberry syrup with no whipped cream he got the whipped cream right whats but I think they got the other Parts completely wrong it was normal white mocha and I really dont think it was enough raspberry pumps

Lately, everytime I pick up my mobile order the coffee is cold. This may be due to the long wait time in the drive thru. This morning I ran inside because the drive thru line was long. Didnt take a sip until I was on the road. Coffee was ice cold.

Just went through the drive-through and got two different iced coffee’s and both tasted like water down coffee. This isn’t the first time but it will be the last

Drinks are great when made correctly. For some reason every mobile order we make is never correct in Bartow. We ask for something to be omitted or a specific flavor change and its just ignored every time so our drinks are never as satisfying as they should be. It doesnt happen in Winter Haven tho, only when we pick up in Bartow. I totally wasted all my stars today as well as money. After waiting in drive thru line for 15 min, we drove off, got about 4 miles away only to realize the drink was ruined and filled with cookie crunch pieces we simply asked NOT be added. What a shame because weve always loved Starbucks.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! They seriously take forever. They always mix up your order with someone else’s, they forget to give you the stuff you actually order, and then the inside is closed so you have no choice but to go through the slow drive thru.

Made a mobile order still had to wait 20 minutes in drive thru to get the order. The coffee was made wrong. Usually its so good. Must have been an off day. Wish they had a different plan for mobile order pick ups.

Their nitro cold brew machine is broken more than it works. Not sure how that happens. Do they only have one person who works there that can hook it up? Really disappointing. It’s one of like two drinks there that I like. And this location is unusually slow. So by the time I get there to order and they tell me it’s broken, I’m like all like what? Again! No, I don’t want the regular cold brew. It’s not the same. Bye!

My Husband and I always stop here on our drive over from Ft Pierce, the Staff are lovely, and I really treasure the Classical Music they were playing, very relaxing.

While the beverage was as expected, the wait time inside was awful. I stood for about ten minutes and then sat down. No one acknowledged my order was on the way or that I was still waiting. It is apparent that the drive thru orders take presidence as the long line snakes around the building and there in only one window. At least one barista should be dedicated to inside only orders, until free to help with drive thru ones.It is a huge store. Clean restaurant and you are greeted warmly upon entering....but after you pay, thats when you are just a number or seemingly put to the side for the drive thru business.

Yikes. They had about 4 workers and we still had to wait 15 minutes for the coffee and even had to ask about where it was. Counters were filthy. Servers looked disheveled and seemed distracted.Most places make adjustments with their covid-unuseable furniture. Here, it looked like they had just piled everything in heaps and abandoned it for the duration.2 good notes: Drive through customers were swiftly waited on. Complimentary masks were available.Ive been to many Starbucks in other cities. I was not impressed with this one in Bartow.

Very Dissapointing,,,First, as A Travelor...Ofcourse stopping for coffee AND NEEDING A BATHROOM... ...go hand -n- hand..Mgr told me after I placed my order. ...... That their bathrooms were closed.I protested calmly and asked to use the bathroom as I was traveling & stopped for coffee & bathroom...Mgr. said that bathrooms were closed due to demographics of the areaAnd that this is a decision of the store itself..I dont know what exactly she was referring to by demographics but during the 15 min I was there.. the customer demographic was all white Anglo Saxon ages 19 to 25, except for me @ 64 & white.So whats up with this store personell??perhaps too lazy to clean bathrooms?The Coffee:Was terrible...it honestly tasted as if they put No Coffee in my Caffè Breve Latte....the lemon cake was awesome!I think I was in the town of Bartow.

I have been saying for many years that Bartow needed to get a Starbucks and I am so happy that we finally have one. I have gone several times since the opening and have been so pleased with the service and the quality of the drinks. Each time I have gone I have been astonished with the service but especially this morning when Tony waited on me through the drive-through with an extremely pleasant greeting and overall fantastic service.

New Starbucks near our location very disappointed in customer service told this Guy I didnt want much milk in my coffee he said there was no control over it so I suggested putting less ice so then he hands me a cup half full seriously he said thats what I ordered without the ice thats another complaint that everyone needs to take up with Starbucks too much ice no product.. this was a ridiculous stop wont go here again! Whatever happened to the customer being right not the guy behind the counter telling me what I was gonna pay for ice on his shift 😡not happy!

This location is pretty hit or miss. Received wrong order a few times, or theyll be out of an ingredient but will make the drink anyways which will affect flavoring. Usually not in a good way.

Service was slow. Employees walked in late and proceeded to stroll in while there were only 3 employees handling long drive thru line and 5 in store customers. Nothing like North Lakeland Starbucks who have their act together.

Good coffee, friendly staff. However, having said that, why are we not even getting the full amount of beverage that we pay for? I mean, at almost $6 for a venti, you’d think I could get a full cup. I guess not. Every single beverage I saw come off the line wasn’t full, so I guess we’re all paying full price for partially empty cups. At least the Frappuccino tasted good.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! Placed my order in the drive through at 4:23pm with only 1 car ahead of me (inside was not busy.) Got to the window a few minutes later and paid but didn’t get my order until 4:55pm with one of my drinks being incorrect and tasting horrible. Just drive to Winter Haven or Lakeland instead of being let down.

This location seems to have a problem with loitering. I guess it’s ok to bring your own drinks and snacks and just hangout at Starbucks. No purchase necessary and free WiFi. It’d be nice if the large table could actually be used by paying customers and those needing to study. Sure wish Management would address this problem.

We come here a lot. Every time, at least one drink is wrong. We say iced, we get hot. After that, the actual drink isnt right. Its a problem that drinks are messed up every single time and only at this location.
