I have been a patient with Scleral contact lens for over 10 yearsBrittany and the staff do a great job of helping me see clearly.These lens are not cheap but are priceless for those of us with cornea scaring.. Being able to see clearer is a blessing.It sure helps to have a great friendly staff to help us out .Keep up the good work.

The staff at the Bartow location are always friendly and helpful. Its hard to select glasses during covid due to masks, but they allow you to try on frames that get cleaned after each person touches them. I had the nose piece fall off my new glasses, and the manager was prompt to replace the screw and get them back to me while I waited. I recommend this place for your eye wear needs.

I was not impressed with this office. I only ordered lens and they were very expensive. I had to wait three weeks for them and the lens were not correct. The attendant told me to try them and my eyes would probably adjust. I asked him to check the prisms and he found that the doctor forgot to note my prisms on the prescription so they had to order the lens again. After another three weeks, they called that my glasses were in. If I wanted them adjusted or to be sure they were correct, Id have to make an appointment which was a month out. I dont understand why you would have to make an appointment to have your glasses adjusted. I picked them up and a week later one of the nose pads fell off. I went somewhere else to have them fixed. I wouldnt recommend this office and will not use them again.

My family has been going to the Bartow location since it opened. Before that, we always used the S. Lakeland Location. We have always had great service with MyEyeDr (Eye Express before the change!) We love going into the Bartow office. We are always greeted right away and everyone is always eager to help. We have never had to wait very long to be seen by our provider. They even got my husband in right away for what we perceived as an emergency and got him into a specialist right away. Follow ups were a dream afterwards. They definitely take care of our eyes.In one of the reviews someone said they had to make an appointment to have their glasses fitted properly. That wasnt always the case! Covid has changed how every office has to operate. Scheduling an appointment insures your safety as well as theirs! Be considerate. Be smart. Be safe!We are a lifelong MyEyeDr family.

The experience I had at the Bartow office was fantastic. The staff wentover and above any service I have ever had. The office staff was very patient and polite. I tell everyone about my experience. Will I return yes with no questions asked. Great service all around.

I wont recommend to go this place. Dr. Garibay is not friendly and couldnt answer all questions. After my eye exam was done and I was in waiting area and requested to ask him question, he said he will be back but never talked to me. I asked staff and I was told that they have other patients, he is busy. They over charge for glasses and contact lenses. It was more than double compare to other competitor places. I tried to explain the staff, I was told they cant do anything for price.Basically very bad service, cant trust them.

It maybe a distance from me and there are 2 much closer, we love Dr Dixon. Staff is really nice too.

My wife and son and I, all go to My Eye Dr. in Bartow. We like the staff and the doctor. I wear glasses and contacts and they have a good selection of glasses and take my insurance.

I was VERY disappointed. Im new to the area and I was hoping to find a new place for my eye care. Everything went well until the time of my fitting for contacts, Ive been a lens wearer for over 20 years so Im no new to the process. I told Vicky that one of my eyes was still blurry even after inserting the new lenses. She told me it was b/c my eyes were dialated and it would be fine. I went across the street for over an hour as I didnt want to drive too far knowing I wasnt seeing perfectly. When I went back I was given another lens (stronger) and was told the previous order would be updated because I ordered a years worth of contacts and used my Care Credit to pay.I called the following Monday to ensure the contacts had been ordered because on my receipt they had not. I was told someone would call me back when that department opened. That never happened and I had to call them after 5 when I got off work. I was told they didnt get the order placed in time so I would be receiving the incorrect contacts and I would need to bring those into the office upon receipt of the correct ones. In a few days I did receive the one box of correct lenses and one box of incorrect lenses. I called and spoke with Vicky again and was told the other box should be in soon.A week passed and I never received anything. I called once agian and spoke with Ana she stated the office was closing but assured me the lenses would get ordered on Monday and she even went out of her way to kindly give me another trial pair to help get me through until the correct box of lenses were delivered. I called on Tuesday again to ensure they were ordered and I was told they were. I received a phone call the next day stating the lenses were delivered to the office instead of my house. When I went to pick up the box of correct lenses and bring the box of incorrect lenses to them I noticed they were packaged in small yellow individual boxes and were labled Trial Lenses, NOT FOR RESALE. I was absolutely stunned that I was being expected to pay for a years supply of lenses from Acuvue and Im being given sample lenses that were clearly not ordered for me as I was told.This entire problem couldve been completely avoided if Vicky wouldve LISTENED to me to begin with! What shouldve taken a week at most took 3 and then I was expected to just accept a cheaper, less functional product as a fill-in instead of what I paid for.I will never go back to this establishment nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
