The sales staff, Oscar who measured with a laser, and the installers were all nice, pleasant, very professional, very knowledgeable and were great to work with. Great selection of stone. I highly recommend this company! Six or seven stars would be more accurate!

If you are working around your work schedule to get a project done, this isn’t the place for you. You can’t look at anything they have without an appt and they are scheduling a week out.

Scheduled an appointment with Rachael. When we went in to see what they had, we fell in love with a granite slab. We told her that was the one and she secured it for us. She was awesome! A couple days later they came to laser layout the counter tops. The guy who did it was very thorough!! A couple days after that we went to layout the granite into the laser layout. That was awesome and we were able to adjust the layout onto the granite to get the detail where we wanted. Then just a couple days later they were installing. The two guys that did the install were just as awesome. We ran into an issue (not with the counter tops) but they fixed it. Afterwards they made sure my house was just as clean as it was before they came. They sealed the granite which most places don’t. They also made sure that we were educated on how to care for the granite. We were recommended to them by a friend since they were “the best” and they far exceeded my expectations! Their prices were very reasonable too! Fantastic job and highly recommended.

Shortly after we met the leadership at the office and discussed our kitchen project, a crew member came to our home and made the templates and all in preparation for cutting our granite. In January the crew came and installed our counters and kitchen sink and it looks wonderful.My wife, Cheryl and I are so pleased with the work done by Counter Effects and the great way were treated by all involved. We are doing renovation of our entire home in Polk City and we must say that Counter Effects has been the very best company we have dealt with over these three months.
