Whits has the look of a big box store but has the personal service of the small home town hardware store. Many of the folks have been there for twenty years or more. They greet you by your name, discuss fishing and local events along with your needs. Besides who doesnt want to take a picture with Sasquatch. Stop in and say hello to Don.

Horrible experience. They do not have their prices on their products. So basically you have to get the product to go to the front counter they punch in the code of what the item is and then they give you a price. This also includes the wood that they have in the back. So every time you would need a price on something you have to go to the front counter instead of just reading it right there where the item is located. If youre looking for numerous items as we will take you all day. This makes absolutely no sense!!!

This lumber slash hardware and much more its not a big box stores so you never have to look for help its always there for you. Friendly owner and staff, as my grandmother said if it aint broke Dont fix it thats what I like about this store it doesnt need fixin. And the deliver free locally, it cost $75.00 for Lowes to deliver locally.

Don is amazing at Whits Hardware! When Hurricane Michael hit my family in Marianna Fl, I immediately called Don at Whits to see if he had generators in stock. He had 4 Generac 8000/6500 watt units. I told him I would take all 4. When I arrived the next day, Don had them shrink wrapped on a pallet. Price was cheaper than Home Depot! By the way, all 4 Generacs started on the 2nd or 3rd pull. Still running strong. THANKS Don1
