Staff was very helpful to help me search for tools I needed. Alot if what I wanted was online order for there. I wish they wouldnt have people and kids always selling stuff outside the door. Or some donation thing. Always found them annoying to be honest.

Terrible customer service at the Bartow Store. Also, most often they are out of stock for canned dog and cat food.

Love LOVE this place! Well, maybe its just me. Love the smell of grains, sights of work clothes and sometimes..sounds of baby chicks. People are very helpful and friendly. Always bright and clean. They have everything farm related and more.

Always has nice selection, store is clean, staff is courteous and helpful. Dont like seeing nice riding mowers sit in the rain like that. Need a better storage, these are expensive.

I dred going to the Bartow location, only because they are apparently unstaffed and have been for a long time. Everyone is always in the back unloading? The only person on floor is one over worked cashier. You cant ask a question because nobody is around. Ive given up going here.

I loved everything about this store! My first time at a tractor supply store and I was impressed. As a high functioning autistic person I approve of this place. The staff was friendly and helpful. This place and dotys are my favorite places.

I love to shop in this store every chance I get. The staff is friendly and helpful and someone always greets every customer when they walk in the door. This store carries everything from high quality pet food to unique housewares. And of course everything for your lawn, garden and farm equipment. Everyone should stop in. You will be glad you did!

Products are good, BUT the rats freak me out every time Im in there. They jump out from the dog food bags when youre walking down the aisles and jump back in and run down across all the bags and jump out again. Its kinda comical, but at the same time a kid could get jumped and bit. They need to use their products on these foot long rats.

Great place to come and shop, the only thing I have to say is that a few times Ive been there I have seen rats and there have been products on the floor. Otherwise the staff are great and love the deals they always have. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Wonderful service

This is where we go for our homestead supplies. It has been hard getting chicken feed when we need it. They are always out. Seems not enough is ordered for the demand in the area. No idea who the manager is, never see them. They dont carry duck food. Workers recommend chicken feed which is not for ducks. Ducks need different feed as they need more niacin in their food. Would be great to get all we needed at one place. If you sell ducks you should sell duck feed and employees need to be educated on the needs of the animals you sell.

Very courteous staff and helpful when needed. You can also get your pets vaccinations and other things done here from the pet clinic in the back who are also great to deal with. Check for the days they do this prior. Found my shopping needs met here for my dogs and animals are welcome inside. Good atmosphere to be in

Great place for all your farm animals and pets. They carry farm and domesticated animal feed and some medicines you cant find unless you go to a vet. They also carry clothes and tools of all sorts. Great staff (Donovan)

Called to ask if they had something in stock, was on hold for five minutes by the manager on duty, finally a female came to the phone and helped me.We arrived at the store to find four employees, one very pleasant and friendly cashier, one who could have cared less. Neither were helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The friendly one directed me to the wrong place. Then I saw the other two employees, the manager on duty who had put me on hold. The other employee went and obtained the item I needed but neither were friendly and the MOD didnt even apologize. I drove from another city to get this. To say the least, I was angry at this point.

Tractor Supply isnt just for farmers. Do you have dogs or cats? Im a dog person and used to feed my rescues $60 a bag dog food, until my vet told me about 4Health Brand at Tractor Supply. It made by the same high dollar company, but without the marketing. Know my babys get grain free, poultry free, great food and Im paying less than $40 for a 30 pound bag.

They have awesome Roster products, farm animals 😋 & pet food,garden supplies. Found the cutest paw patrol garden set for my niece to garden along side her pawpaw. I

I went there with a friend who owns a horse. She needed to pick up some medicine for him. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. And spent the time to help with a few of the things she needed to get. I was impressed.

Hard to find good work gloves that fit my small hands. T.S. had a variety to choose from. I got 2 pair and will be back for other stuff as I need it. Great customer service too. 😀

Tractor Supply has a lot of things that you dont expect. Weve bought several things that are out of the ordinary from what you would expect from them. Such as flea dip, hand crank windlass and a pedalboat. Check them out, theyre bound to have something you can use at a good price and friendly service.

I have purchased from Tractor Supply frequently, in many locations. Unfortunately, they have a permanent issue with maintaining inventory. Often I am unable to purchase what I want because their inventory hasnt been resupplied. Frustrating.

Friendly staff, but overworked and underpaid.Came in for the 20% off boots sale (I see why they were discounted). It appeared as though they hadnt restocked the boots in years. very poor selection (styles and sizes), every pair I tried on had scuffs on the boots like someone returned them after wearing them for a few days. I know Im being picky for work boots, but no one wants to drop $100 for boots someone already scuffed up. I ended up settling for a pair of Schmidts (I never heard of them). The price was right ($70 after the discount), but I had to dig them out of the overhead myself - the spiders were very unhappy and the cobwebs nearly choked me out to find my size!

My go to place for dog food. Cant beat the prices. Usually good service but the stores stay short staffed due to regional cutbacks. One register isnt enough coverage all the time but its not the stores fault.

They false advertise all the time. They have a kennel for 349.99 and the sign 10 ×10 kennel shown with all accessories included. Go up there and they say that all accessories are not included they are sold separately. Well when i was in retail when it said shown and all accessories included, that means it all comes together, well not these days in time. It means it is sole separately. It should have said shown with accessories but accessories not included

My husband and I have been getting feed from Tractor Supply for a couple of years now and we have always had decent service... until we went to but a cub cadet lawn mower. It was suppose to have been new, but was discounted because it was last years model. We did not get any paperwork, none of the accessories that come with them and only one key. When we got it home it would not start. Called the store 5 times and never did get an answer. Took the lawn mower back, the manager on duty that day was rude and told the clerk to just give us our money back. We went straight to Home Depot and bought a 1700.00 cub cadet, and got great service.We thought we would give them one more try and went to the Lake Wales store to buy fenceing and got ripped because they did not have any pricing or describitive lables in the yard on the fencing racks so... the wire I needed I didnt get and ended up getting the wrong roll and it is 100ft too short. I am done with Tractor Supply. I will get what I need from Home Depot or our local feed store from now on. Good stuff at tractor supply but their service stinks.
