Food was made quickly, tasted fresh and pumpkin pie blizzard was incredible :)Great stop on our road trip home!

Honestly, the people are nice and the icecream is just like everywhere else. The 4 star rating is for the run down store. Both in the area are like this. Im guessing they are franchises and arent doing well enough.

Delicious ice cream. I love getting ice cream here and its almost always a reliable place when other restaurants dont have any ice cream or milkshakes to offer. DQ is known for its ice cream and milkshakes, and I truly understand why. Theyre so good!

To state it straight forward... amazing, never in the course of human history has any restaurant been able to make a mix of flavors as delicious and bold as this restaurant. I would recommend any person going through Florida must go here. I have been here numerous times alone and with my family and each experience is better than the last. Thank you for providing one of the best dining experiences ever. I would recommend the food. The workers were very nice and helpful I just wish I could tip more if I already didn’t have a job I would want to work here. To say it again amazing. They just scared me when they tipped my ice cream upside down.

Went here Tuesday night for our anniversary. No advertisement for the new treats like the thin mint blizzard. Odd smell inside the dining area, Im guessing from whatever cleaning chemicals they used. Made the mistake of using the restroom (by using I mean walked in and right back out) huge section of tile missing with bare porous concrete and a horrible smell, toilet was disgusting and so was the sink (somehow felt dirtier after washing my hands) worse than a truck stop bathroom. Thin mint blizzard was not great. Will stick with the Winter Haven or Lake Wales location from now on.

My husband and I went to get a strawberry shake. Not only was it a little on the Steep side, ( I get that because its a lot of shake). But as we were driving to Lakeland, I started to drink my shake and it just got worse and worse on the taste. I will still go to Dairy Queen but, I will stick to my strawberry banana blizzard.

Service was good. The food/blizzards tasted off from other DQs.

Small strawberry shake, I believe the strawberries were rotten. Small peanut butter sundae was excellent!

Went to the Dairy Queen in Bartow Florida while there for a wedding. As with all Dairy Queens the ice cream is delicious. The staff are friendly and the place looked clean

Other than the extremely long wait for four blizzards it was a really good experience it was nice and clean and the service was friendly not sure why it took as long as it did but it was worth the wait.

It was very good. Pork bbq excellent. Very disappointed that ad we saw on TV 2 days ago was not reality. Ad said $6 for a meal of drink, sandwich, fries, sundae. But when we got here they said they dont have that special.

I decided to grab a couple of milk shakes on my way home. I pulled thru the drive thru and immediately a very well spoken voice greeted me and then asked me what I would like today. I gave my order, drove up and paid. The menu was clean, readable and well lit. Although I didnt make my order very clear, the worker just stated, okay, no problem I will make it right for you. She was very nice and not at all annoyed with me. Both milk shakes were very neat and really well made. Bravo!

The food was hot and tasty. The Blizzard was stiff. I went through drive through which feels a little tight but food made it home good to eat. My only complaint is things you see on website arent always available at this location.

Ordered a milk shake, and a Blizzard. It was a to go order so I was 1/4 into my Blizzard when I found a blonde hair in it. My hair is dark Brown and my husbands. I called to let them know about the situation and she said I would have to bring it back along with the receipt. I explained I was already in Lakeland at this time and not possible for me to come in right then. I asked if she could take my info and next time I come in remake it at there expense. She said no manager rules are to bring it along with the receipt than. I explained it was not possible. Customers be ware you may get more than your toppings in there. And if you dont eat it there in the building they will not make it right. What ever happen to the customer is always right! Evidently they dont care to loose a regular customer. And everyone I know I will warn them about this restaurant.

Im afraid dairy Queen is living off of its history. I love the Royal fudge brownie blizzards but everytime I get it it has different ingredients. When I ordered the reeses blizzard it was chocolate syrup and peanut butter from a jar. Its one of those situations where you order what you want and eat what you get cause its too time consuming to go back through the line. However, till someone else comes to town Ill keep them busy.

The workers are all great people, but, the manager. A whole different story. She told some of her employees that she thinks I am “on something.” Not to brag or anything but i’m a very professional person and I have a GPA of 4.3 so I definitely am not “on something.” Considering I am friends with 95% of the workers there I don’t know why she didn’t think I would hear about this. Overall, she is rude, unprofessional, and does not deserve a good rating.

I visit here most of the time because its my local dq but today, with pandemic going on, I see agirl thru the drive thru window making sandwiches as i waited on our blizzards. She had no gloves on! Peeling apart slabs of cheese and placing them on the sandwhiches. She had a whole stack of them made next to her already. Not sure if this is normal protocol, and I hope to think it isnt. But I was much turned off by it and needless to say worried about what else they may be doing without gloves. I just pray that girl washes her hands every step she takes.

Nice and afable staff, good quality ice cream, small and very convenient store. The serving sizes... well, they could have been much better! Over all, nice place for a quick dessert!

Recommend the brownie sundae. The brownie was warm and perfect. The employees werent very friendly but maybe having a bad day. I just wish all the employees at restaurants understood. The way you present yourself can give or lessen oppurtunities. If your sweet friendly cheerful. Who knows a regular customer might offer you a better job. But if your just there to get a check well keep doing what your doing.

Service was good. We got ice cream cones that were creamy and delicious and dipped in butterscotch. They were also well made.

This was my first trip inside this location. I normally go to the drive threw. It is really small inside. They dont or did not have a kids menu. So a portion of food was a wasted. Smaller burger, fries, drink, and small ice cream would have been great. Saw employees allow items to fall on floor. I didnt see anyone pick up or anything. So i cant say what happened to the cone that fell to the floor. I dont think Im going back to this location. Small inside and no kids menu

We got a strawberry sundae and a caramel sundae and both were prepared very well. This Dairy Queen never disappoints

They dont have kids meals at this location or the one by Legoland. I am sure it is a way to make money off those coming from the park. But its the only two in the area with out kids meals or sweet tea

Superb experience. Service was fast and staff courteous. My wife and I both ordered blizzards and at this DQ we received more cookie dough (in my wifes) and more brownie bites(in mine). When we are over there and are wanting ice cream we will be stopping there.

Love to take grandkids here.

They are awesome, we have a family of 5 and all got meals and under 5 minutes, the food was great, the place is clean, and the staff are just amazing and very polite. After we ate we decided to stay and all get ice cream and even with as busy as it is in here at 2pm we didnt even wait maybe 3 minutes. Thank you, you ladies rock seriously.

Nice place to get ice cream but this last time I was disappointed. The same cone that I always get was so much smaller and the same price. What is going on, dont know if its the person that serves or they have been told to cut back. I will be trying a different place next time I get the ice cream craving.

Don’t waste your time. Waited 15 minutes in a drive thru. The whole point is to drive thru, not park.

It kinda sucked honestly, they put a raw beef patty in my blizzard and then called it a “Beefy Blizzard Surprise” and picked the ice cream up by hand and threw it in my cup. Will not be coming back here anytime soon... blizzard was pretty good though

They now have an intercom for ordering. Line moved very quick. Blizzards are always on point. Medium cone is huge and has 3 scoops of ice cream.

Food prices are high and they dont participate in the national promotions and deals. Ice cream is decent but because of the food prices we dont visit for lunch. Theyre missing out!

Terrible no CHICKEN sandwiches here? NO $5 LUNCH uhh in Chicago DQs had all this you get chicken fingers fries a drink amd a sundae for $5 NOT AT THIS or many DQs in central florida we now go to steak n shake

Hit or miss depending on what employees are working. Sometimes youll have super friendly service with everything made correctly, sometimes youll feel like youre an inconvenience to the employees and nothing made right. However the service has been better the past few months.

Its a nice place to go to get a nice sweet treat or eat some good food

Mediocre chicken tenders, fries salty enough to give a healthy person high blood pressure, attitude from the drive through person and she didnt even do the Blizzard flip. Looks like Winter Haven will be the one Ill be going to from now on. Blizzard was good though.

Ice cream and shakes as always good but waited 15-20 minutes in the drive up.

The food costs too much for how it tastes. The service is slow and the manager outright lied to my face when confronted about a public restroom discrepancy. She also went so far as to fabricate lies about me that she then reported to my employer. The entire staff is unprofessional. From the bathroom, you can hear the employees making derogatory statements about customers.

Same as new location probably even worse I do not reccomend this place.Ive been to way better locations. they need a lesson in management, owner is very rude and needs to appreciate their people more, probably the reason for their poor service.

DQ in Ft.Laud has a childs cheese burger basket for 5.00 total and comes with ice cream. This DQ had a CB basket which was bigger and cost 6.50. I had to order ice cream separate. A waffle cone with sprinkles filled with strawberry ice cream brought my bill to 14.50. Canceled the cone got a small soft serve with sprinkles brought my bill to 10.50. I feel they still over charged me and I wont go back to the store in Bartow. First girl seemed very uncaring the second girl who adjusted my bill was much nicer (she was heavier than the first girl)
