This UPS has been handling my projects for the few months Ive been in town and always do an excellent job. Today Sierra walked me through the process of emailing her a book I needed bound ASAP and had it printed and bound in less than an hour and a half. I appreciate how well the project was completed, but also how Sierra went above and beyond to get it done on a busy Saturday. The staff in this store are amazing!

Ivan is such a sweet, kind and has so much patience as a customer service representative, he let me in last minute and made sure all of my request were done in time, he was truly a blessing in disguise but what I loved was he is very humble. He is a true asset to UPS and I hope they really consider that for future promotions or great endeavors.

I don’t know why I come to this store. I always deal with people being rude!! There was supposedly an issue with my Amazon Return and instead of taking the time to look into she said “ will do it your way, even if it doesn’t get there” checked me and out and told me to have a good day. I was just confused because my account said one thing and her computer said another. It all happened so fast I didn’t even get her name, she completely dismissed me. Won’t be back!!

I believe an employee named Crystal was helping me during my visit, she had such an outgoing and positive vibe. She was willing to help me with no hesitation and answered all of my question respectfully. She even took the time to explain to me some of the specific services offered by ups, 11/10 great employee! Need more people like her in customer service!

I’ve had to ship packages for a friend with little knowledge beyond the address it was going to, but was able to successfully be helped each time. The associate “Crystal” had me taken care of super quick and ran me through the paperwork and sent me off with the tracking ID. The package arrived (shipping within the state) in less than two days. Shipping here has been smoother than my experience anywhere else.

This store is phenomenal, I really enjoy my business transactions here. Elsa is a long term employee and know her job very well. She is to the point and professional. Once you get to know her personality, working with her is a breeze. She reads into what needs I have and get the job done. I have been doing business with this store for a long time and wont go anywhere else.

I paid to have an item shipped to Nebraska only for the clerk not to put the shipping label on it and the item hasn’t been shipped to the proper place. Guess where it went? Somehow the box ended up at my place of employment but HOW? The girl at the UPS Store was no help. This store is useless 😒

Your employees are wonderful. Elsa was very patient with me as I was having trouble locating my amazon return lable email. There was another woman there too. I did not get here name,however, she was very helpful with my large package.

Mailed a gift to Canada and asked the clerk if there was going to be a Duty on the gift, she told me there would not be . . . Guess WHAT, there was ! ! ! Called to ask if there was a way to correct it and I was informed it was Canadas and MY fault . . . Dont believe a thing anyone says at a UPS Store . . . Thanks for the response, you obvious did not read my review, please check the end of the first sentence . . .

Always a pleasure working with the staff at this UPS location. I generally drop of a few boxes every week. They use both computers so you have 2 queues going to get people in and out vs a lot of UPS surrounding locations that have a line in a single queue.

I had my package delivered to this UPS location and received a delivered confirmation email on 3/6. It even said the employees last name who received the package. In my email it said I had until 3/13 to pickup. I went in on 3/10 to pickup my package, only to be told it was not there and was never delivered. Despite me showing the delivery confirmation email, and giving the employees name, all I was told was to leave my name and number and they would investigate and call me back within 2 hours. That was around 9:30-10AM. I never received a call back that day, so I called their store the next morning. I was then told by another employee, the same thing as before. To leave my name and number and they would conduct a thorough investigation to locate my package. To date I have not heard back from the store, I filed a claim through UPS as well, never heard anything. Horrible customer service at thisLocation, do not recommend for anyone to have packages delivered here, unless you want them to go missing....

I’ve rented a ups box in Atlanta as well. The comparison is night and day. The older woman who works here turns a simple request into a hassle. I relocated 200 miles away from this location and needed the mail in my box delivered to my new address. She nearly refused to grant the request because my debit card was not previously on file. After a long sigh she agreed to accept payment over the phone.

So I go in there to have a couple pages scanned and emailed...mind you that requires no ink and no paper and they had the nerve to charge almost $7.00. What in the hell. They charge $2.50 just to email you something then $1 for the 1st page. So $3.50 before you even get started. Not only is that outrageous but it is way higher than office depot. I dont know who controls these franchise owners rates but I will never use this UPS again.

Spoke to Valerie to request tracking information, she said they didnt have the ability to do that. Called Lakeland, the representative looked it up in 30 seconds. Dum dums at Bartow. (No surprise really)

Elsa may be a hard nut to crack and difficult to actually interpret her personality, but she knows what she is doing and will tell it to you straight. Google does need to update their services. You will need to bring a debit card to do printing from their computer, and it sucks to be charged the price for even 3 minutes, not including payment for 2 pages. Everyone Ive encountered there has been decent to do business with.

I probably do a couple thousand dollars worth of business here a year. Last week I misplaced a receipt from UPS store that I needed for expense reporting. I decided to stop by and get a copy of the receipt, but the lady working said she couldn’t get me one and that I should just look at my credit card bill. Since I have worked with UPS shipping for many years, I knew this wasn’t the case and asked very politely if there was anything she could get me as a record of the transaction. She was very rude and asked me all kinds of questions about the shipment and who was working when it was shipped. Finally she was able to print one off and then charged me $3 to print it and said, “Thats why you should save your receipt” after I gave her a puzzled look.There was only one other customer in the store and 3 people working, so it wasn’t like I was being horribly inconvenient either. Just sad what people offer for customer service.

Poor! store won’t answer phone to provide me necessary info for phone service personnel I’m trying to deal with the fact my guaranteed Friday package is not there now Monday afternoon! The lady asked my the store I shipped from address I said hold on I’ll google it on my phone, so she transferred me to foreign shipment for some reason which you can’t get back to her from there in wasting the entire 20 min call and my whole lunch break. I want the shipment money back at this point thank you for your horrific service!

This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Bear has the best customer service, even when customers walk in like they own the world and treated him like dirt. He still treated that b*tch with respect. They helped me with some invitations and they came out beautiful. Great prices, great work. Will definately recommend.

Left a valuable and Irreplaceable item to be packed and shipped. Also left specific written instruction along with specific verbal instructions to follow the written instructions to the letter. Also was happy to pay them for the service and purchased the high profit additional insurance.They were more interested in the next customer, ignored my instructions and the item arrived damaged with no semblance of what the instructions dictated.Mike did his best at the time, but soon lost interest and doesnt respond to correspondence. UPS did a dance-around and never even attempted to make good on the claim.I am left with damaged item that wasnt before and a bad taste for UPS and their customer service.BEWARE: Pack IT YOURSELF and AVOID the insurance - Its WORTH LESS THAN NOTHING.

Typical resonse of not listening to cutomer, its listed they do my orders from off google maps but guy stated we dont do money orders i repeated no google maps has u listed as doing money orders. Normal service, responsiveness was quick though from 30ish year old man

Update: I called the store to discuss a refund for the shipping and notary services on my missing items. Even though a store employee selected the shipping method, I was told it was _my fault_ for not getting a tracking number. What kind of customer service policy is it to tell the customer it is their fault for something an employee did?As if the other bad ratings here arent enough....Stopped in while traveling to have a document notorized, purchased an envelope, and postage. The staff was not exactley friendly.A week later, the documents still have not arrived at the location. I called the UPS store and, apparently, the item was mailed, but only as stamped mail. There is no way for them to know why or where the holdup is. Their only solution is to come back and redo the process - now 2 hours away.This whole location is obviosly full of incompetence, who cannot perform the one simple job they have - to make sure packages get from point A to point B in a timely manner..Stay away.
