The young man, Mike Daniel, at the Bastrop, La store went above and beyond my expectations. Him being the only associate in the store with customers coming in left and right maintained his professionalism and helpful knowledge without missing a beat. I usually use the Monroe, La store but after his performance and dedication I will go in and wait to use him. I was in the area Sunday, October 18th, and needed a new phone. The guy that assisted us was friendly and knowledgeable. They had the product I wanted in stock. We were in and out in probably less than 30 minutes.They havent updated their displays for the S20. So you cant physically see one. The store is in a convenient location. Ample parking.

Bought a prepaid phone last week and one tonight. I was charged 20$ for a setup fee tonight but not last week. And all they did for the setup was turn the phone on and place a test call. Wont be doing business with Russel cellular again.
