Aubrey replaced our Fox Hollow sign and it looks great! Well made and installed properly. Their installer was very detailed and touched up any paint areas including the posts. Good communication during the project and their art department matched our logo.

This business has been an incredible help for us at The Well and this review will definitely come off as a love letter to their business. But thats what happens when people always come through for you and have great customer service to boot.They always go out of their way to complete anything that we ask on time or ahead of time. This is no little feat considering how last minute some of our requests have been. For instance, last week we sent them a poster order on Thursday and they had it to us the next day. I dont want to set them up to say that they can always turn things around that quickly, but geez that was fast and incredible. And they were perfect. We have never run into issues of quality with them either.Responsiveness and quality are just two of the features that we love about working with Aubrey. They also have incredible prices and have been willing to help out if their bid exceeds our budget for the project.They have done everything for us from building signage, window stickers, large banners, parking lot signage, wayfinding signage, a vehicle wrap, to posters and we have not been disappointed once. I was looking for an awning for a storefront and from the moment my call was answered I felt like the individual could care less. Sorry I am not a full time professional when it comes to awnings and that is why I am looking for a professional company to instal an awning. From my own opinion it seemed like the individual could care less, which is really bad business practice. Once I let the individual know I felt like he didnt care and that I would simply look else where he hung up on me. I would like to believe I am a reasonable person, always very friendly, and I am truly looking for a professional to install an awning. I am just really shocked that this individual was so rude throughout my 5 minute conversation with him. I hope the owner knows of this and reviews the call because I believe they record the calls according to their answering message. I can not review their actual awnings but I can review their customer services and they need a lot of help. I hope this review will help the companys owner address clearly a very bad business practice that has costed them a very real business prospect.

Terrible Service and Unethical Business Owners!My company received a written proposal and we signed a contract with the owner of Aubrey Signs on June 9th. As required by their contract, we paid Aubrey a 50% down payment ($2,356.00) for our channel letter sign. Now after waiting nearly two months for Aubrey to get their permit in order with the Village of Schaumburg, Aubrey sends us an email demanding an additional $1,000.00 to continue the work. We did not make any changes to the scope of the project whatsoever. Everything is clearly spelled out in Aubreys own contract. Im sorry, but thats just being unscrupulous! If you sign a contract and you take a customers money up front, you should be decent enough to honor your agreements. We are now having to file legal proceedings to recover our money.Sincerely,Gerry
