The lady who was working when I went in was extremely helpful. The only one working running back and forth between two customers and she was great. We were finally ready for a decent bed after years of sleeping on less expensive ones. The staff was very knowledgeable and showed us many different styles. I felt like Goldilocks, this one too hard, this one is too soft until we found the one that was just right. Very satisfied!

Due to my Mothers Assisted Living tossing her bed, as they failed to be able to screw in a screw to fix it, I found, to my shock, they left her to sleep on the matress on the floor! Upon seeing this I raced to purchase a frame and box spring to give her a decent bed to sleep in that same night. Brandon Curtain was most helpful in making sure I had what I needed to make my Mother sleep in good comfort of her new bed, that same night! I went in there looking for a twin size mattress for the guest bedroom and found exactly what I was looking for. The process was easy and smooth. Excellent experience. Both associates were very knowledgeable and friendly. Andrea took all the time we needed. Tried on many mattresses and found the perfect one. The pillows were a great addition. The zero gravity system really makes a difference. My only complaint is the price, but I guess you cant skimp on your sleep. Thank you for taking the time to get the perfect mattress.

We bought a Hybrid Mattress with an adjustable bed frame (totally recommend getting one, they will change your life) for the price of only the mattress at Ashleys. Plus, 0% for 12 months!!! I did not plan to buy a mattress and adjustable base today. But Jack was not the pushy or no-knowledge guy that I expected to help me. We got to the heart of what I needed and how the products I purchased would suit me the best. I would recommend anyone to see for yourself!

Worked with the store manager (Jack) who was great about understanding what we were looking for and explaining all the benefits and details of the various mattresses we were looking for. Showing us the Zero Gravity setting on the TempurPedic sealed the deal. Wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

We walked into the store in the midst of a snow storm... just to try out mattresses. Nothing else. Andrea approached us with great energy, asked for our names and asked what brought us in during the storm. She showed us multiple options starting with the coil set ups and then asked what type of firmness we were looking for. We then tried the tempur-pedic and did not like the feel at first... although once sinking in it was alright. We then moved on to the the hybrid and purple types after sometime she helped us narrow it down to two mattresses. We weren’t sure if we were ready to buy that night but Andrea did help us realize that ultimately we would need a mattress. Andrea was great to help us find a new king size mattress for our new home.

Jack is very personable and knows his products. I told him my budget and he gave me a few great options. You could tell that he cared about giving great customer service. I am very busy and work a lit of hours and he made me comfortable making a purchase right away. I didnt 2nd guess that I got a great product at a great price. We went in hoping to try a few different options out to help us get some sleep that our current bed was keeping us from. We didnt anticipate being greeted by Jack who asked us questions about what was important to us in a mattress, had us try several very different mattresses in the store and answered every question we had. We chose a higher priced mattress and he made sure we really wanted that one and not a less costly one..we decided we really did want the higher priced one so Jack got us set up with 0%financing for as long as we needed..hard to say no to that. We were thrilled and I am very much looking forward to a great nights sleep for the next 15 plus years!. I would send everyone I know to this store and Jack, who clearly knows his stuff!!

I did comparision shopping and stopped by this store..Not only did I fall in love with my new mattress but my salesperson Andrea was the best. I can neither recommend or discourage shopping at this location. The staff was pleasant enough, but as in true sales fashion, the approach of show the most expensive, then discuss budget was taken here. Once we told our salesperson what we had hoped to spend, the tone of the whole experience changed. She treated us like our budget was what we were able to spend, not what we were willing to spend. Very large difference. Of you arent willing to spend in excess of $3000, this may not be the store for you.

Walked into the store in need of a mattress the same day. Duane went above and beyond, finding me the perfect mattress in a matter of minutes. Duane listened to all my needs, found me the perfect bed and I was in and out in 15 minutes all while he was assisting every other customer in the store.

Went into this store after countless hours at other chains and locations. The guy working (Dwayne) was so helpful and not pushy at all. He explained things and didnt pressure me to buy right away. He is the reason we decided to purchase from mattress firm. I came back later that night with my husband and purchased the mattress he helped us select. Do yourself a favor and shop here! Update the bed and adjustable mattress were delivered today issue free. Very happy with our purchase so far.

Wish we never set foot in this store. Associates too busy holding infants and putting jewelry on to pay attention to the 3 times we had to give our contact info, that they still managed to enter in wrong. And then accused us for the misinformation. Delivery company failed to deliver our products twice, once because they failed to enter our entire address in (YES, BOTH zipcodes work for our address) and couldn’t contact us because they had the wrong information, forcing us to cancel the entire order. Truly an unprofessional experience from start to finish and we ended up buying a mattress through a different company. Associates also liked to tell us “as a parent” how we should proceed with our next purchase, and gave us PLENTY of attitude.I think you would be upset as well if you just paid nearly 1500$ for a product that never shows up to your door as promised.On top of this it was near impossible to get in contact with anyone who works for mattress firm outside of a store, and I still have yet to hear back from corporate.Buyer beware.
