Even though my CSR was very personable, professional and polite, I still didnt get a clear answer to my main question. So basically, this review is aimed at the company and not the customer service representative. I feel the company doesnt want to answer certain questions about your billing.
Went there to change my cable disable. Trying to find something less expensive The people there are friendly and helped Theres no real visual aid to help you compare the plan you gotta do it in your heado it in your head and I just couldnt do a good job of it Because when I got home and saw all the things that are missing that I usually watch I knew then why my cable bill was over $200 thats crazy
Since their fix for speed 3 weeks ago, the internet keeps disconnecting throughout the day; many people in North Aurora are experiencing the same problem. I have gone through the restart process nu.erous times over the past 3 weeks, I have had .untitled pushes sent through, and I have tried to call the Batavia store. All I get is the DAMN electronic voice message. I want a live person now. Three weeks is enough and I should be able to talk to someone in the store!
Representative in store greeted me within seconds of walking through door, brought me a chair to sit down at his station (Im using a cane to walk) and changed the channel on one of their TVs instore to keep my toddler happy while he helped me.He also suggested wireless X1 boxes to save me hassle of running coax through the house and helped me with plan change to get Disney Jr and Cartoon Network for my toddler.Fantastic experience!

Yet I have never had such bad service on a phone call in my entire 62 years of life.. No matter what I did or said no matter how many questions I answered they would not let me speak to an agent about the issue that I had and nothing that the robot was saying was helpful at all
Everytime I go into there store I have a great experience. Everytime I have there technicians come to my house they are amazing. EVERYTIME I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS HORRENDOUS AND QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. They could really learn a lot from the other two branches.

I was sent a cable box by accident after picking up my equipment in store. When I got to the store to return it I was forced to wait outside for 30 minutes in the cold as soon as they opened. I didn’t even want this cable box to begin with now I’m standing here in the cold because Comcast made a mistake
I was dreading my visit to resolve an issue here. However, my experience was vastly different from what I had anticipated. This store is clean as well as organized as it should be. More importantly, the service that I receive from Blanca was incredible. She was personable, professional and helpful in addressing and resolving my issue. She exuded strong work ethic and I am grateful she was assigned to assist me. Please take care of this employee as great employees are not easy to come by. Thanks Blanca!
When I signed up they gave me two thermos cups that say Comcast on the side. I just used one for the first time and my hot beverage caused the lid to shatter into plastic pieces that then went into my drink. I hope I didnt swallow plastic. I attached a photo. I also could have burned myself had I not noticed. This free gift is trash and now its going to go sit in a landfill or the ocean. Not cool Comcast.

I called Comcast, asking about changing my 5 year old cable boxs. They told me all I had to do was bring the old boxes to the Xfinity store in Batavia. I havent been to a cable company store that looks like its a spin off of an Apple Store. What a experience, I walked in to an open concept very clean shopping experience I went up to the check in counter and got my name in the system, waited about 10 minutes and was called by Tevin to the counter. Tevin was very knowledgeable and helpful, getting the new boxes in a breeze. The best part was when Tevin, without asking, was looking over the plan I have, he told me he could save me money on my bill. He asked a few questions about my viewing choices and changed a few thing and saved me over 30.00 a month. Again I never asked Tevin to lower my bill, what a pleasant surprise that he took the time to save me money. I would recommend if your in the store to ask for Tevin, maybe he could save you money. They dont help w/ billing issues & Xfinity has never resolved or refunded me when they overcharged my account. You will never be able to chat w/ an actual person online. Im almost certain theyre all bots because none of them are competent enough to get the job done, or fail to follow through when they say the issue is taken care of.For those reasons, STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST!
I believe the Xfinity management, instore staff, customer service and call center teams, all need next level customer service training. From the outside looking in, it feels like the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Information and instructions being passed on feels disjointed. The end result is a hodgepodge approach being conveyed and none of it moves seamlessly to a workable end/result. The end user feels the way I do now. Whats the point...Definitely no clear theme that drives the company or its approach to excellent customer service. What I think or how I feel doing business with Xfinity isnt a concern. Just getting the contract signed and the service going is the goal. I dont matter and your because your service falls wayy short, proves it. Gotcha!
Great service by the people in the store but this is the single worst internet provider Ive ever dealt with. Ive lived in and stayed in many cities throughout the country and have never had an experience this bad. Overpriced, terrible customer service over the phone, equipment is terrible, installation was done incorrectly, and was never completed. Ive had this service for 4 months and it still has not been completed.

Dont be swayed into buying a phone based on the rewards/rebates they claim to offer. My husband bought a phone on Aug 21st and was suppose to get a $200 rebate after 90 days of service. It has been 19 weeks so we called to find out where his rebate was since the sales guy said we would get it before Christmas. Today we were told dont worry someone else has been waiting 28 weeks and still hasnt received theirs so just keep waiting. Not a great way to deal with someones concerns. Plus my husband has alot of issues with the phone so maybe these rebates they claim to offer are a way to get rid of bad phones.

Since day one I have always had problem with the changes, when I was in the phone with the customer service representative they always try to sell things to you saying that is included in the service and they end up charging you for that, last time I called Xfinity to increase the speed of the internet and they offer my a ONE MONTH FREE TRIAL and they end up charging me for that, also the customer service representative who attend my called didnt know what he was doing and said that I agree to pay 20$ more than what I actually agree to pay, the same situation has happened to me 3 times know and i couldnt be more disappointed, I ask for them to review the phone call since THEY RECORD ALL THE PHONE CALLS FOR QUALITY SERVICE PURPOSE and 45 days after my request they havent done anything, I ended up paying they amount that I didnt agree to pay and my problem never got solve, never felt more stolen in my life.... I do not recommend Xfinity at all.

Very bad, I had an appointment last Thursday from 3 yo 5 and nobody showed. But they charge me 70 dollar, that is no fear, because nobody come yet until this coming Sunday..because I call and request the app.do to nobody take the time to call me to let me know that the app was cancel due to some error in the sistem.

I went into the store to return a cable box, and first of all the gentleman who waited on me seemed bothered by the whole process. Second, when I got back home my cable/tv no longer was working. The gentleman upon receiving my old box/return then went and disconnected my current box and I have not had cable for the last 24hrs. I called several times and scheduled return calls which I never received. Finally I called for the 4th time and the agent now has to send me a new box. What a fiasco!!!

After spending 3 hours on the phone with their 800# I was told to go to the store to solve my issue. Then I am told at the store I need to calm the 800#. Horrible procedures. They do nothing to make it convenient for customers.

I discontinued my service with XFinity due to price, speeds and politics, but this office has always been the bright spot in an otherwise mediocre relationship. The personnel here have been quick, courteous and professional, including when I came in to close outy account. Plenty of parking and no waiting.
Friendly and respectful staff. Xfinity yes a lot of controversies but this store is helpful and you can cancel the service from here.
Will no longer deal with Xfinity and their policies nor will I recommend them. Absurd.The phone and cell coverage were fine. Not the issue. Talked with as many as 7 employees on the phone (for 2 hrs) including Supervisors and one store employee and try getting the same story from everybody. Good luck!

Comcast TV service and Internet is great. Best offered. Very reliable and surprisingly more than I thought. I had ATT and it was very expensive. I wasted money for years with ATT and Direct TV Satellite - they charged each hour of WIFI. They have better service that wasn’t ‘offered in my area’ but why bother! Oh, stay away from satellites they frequently go out from storms. Comcast is cable which is admittedly more $$ but less stress and nickel and dime charges.

After having an unproductive chat with one Comcast on their chat bot, I decided to go into this store for assistance. I went on a Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. and did not have to wait at all. The associate who helped me was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He was able to help me lower my bill and improve my service. A+

No discounts for unemployed people. Cheapest plan for internet 200-300 Mbps and TV is $150. Before 10 years Camcast Can show mercy but this time NO MERCY. I do not know why is so expensive the Internet here in USA. In Europe you can have home 100 Mbps for $3-5 depends from provider. 1GBps + TV 120 Chanels + 100 minutes phone for $30. Ooopsss forgot to mention that media for the internet is Fiber optics up to your router (provided from company or yours). Around your door passing 5 fibers optics from 5 providers. Choice is yours. Pretty much every village got fiber optics. For what we talking about here in USA. You have in my area Comcast or ATT. No body else.

Was in yesterday to swap out an older cable box. I was helped by La La, who was so incredibly friendly and attentive. She went above and beyond expectations and I felt I owed xfinity a good review just because of La La. She made the experience so much better than I’ve ever expected.
I went to transfer a new phone and the young girl Chloe helped me and saidbecause Ive been a customer for 16 years that they were going to give me a little speaker worth $60 and I only had to pay $5. I went over everything covering myself making sure there are no other hidden fees no monthly fees and she said no. Two weeks later I see on my phone bill that Im paying $5 a month, I just a weasel way to get up cell I guess that place is horrible. They only care about the money not the people
I have been here a few times. Employees are very helpful. It is way better than waiting on hold forever and speaking to someone reading from a script. I have only had to wait long one time once.

My parents currently have Comcast. They were paying $26 for just basic Spanish cable. They went yesterday to try to renew their package and they sat there for an hour and a half with no one available to help them. About 10 people walked in after them and they were all helped before my parents were. I am very upset that they were treated this way. I do not recommend going to this location ever. Comcasts revenue is up more than 11% from 2017. They posted more than 94 billion in revenue in 2018. Call the number of any nearby Xfinity store and a robot begins reciting a menu of options followed by requests for your account details. Why is it that amidst record profits Comcast cannot employ someone to answer the phone? Its a rhetorical question yet one worth posing.
Make an appointment or prepare to wait. If you deal with Xfinity/Comcast over the phone they do not tell you that. They say its just a pick up and no big deal. Its not the employees fault that work here however its the same company so higher-ups need to fix this. Employees here were getting backlash from people who didnt know that there was a 50 minute wait. I feel bad for both sides maybe theyre under staffed for the holiday season or just unprepared. Made my shopping experience uncomfortable. Clean store and friendly employees though!
I have to say the difference between customer care and the level of service I received at this location were completely opposite! I cant speak for the other locations but if they have reps anything like Don then the image and reputation of this company will change drastically for the better. Genuine and the sincerity and his rich voice put me at ease. Highly recommended location and Don H as well.

While the store may look inviting the staff is anything but friendly. I came with a concern regarding how information relating to my identity was being handled and was treated rudely and the was not allowed to talk to a manager.In todays day and age no one should need a copy of your SS card and State I.D to keep on file.

I was trying to upgrade my service by calling their 800 number. I got a call center in India and it was very frustrating to deal with them. I found this store on line and decided to see if they could help. The store is great, very modern and clean looking, very much like an Apple store. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to set me all up and I was out the door with what I need fairly quickly. I will definitely go to them for any future needs I will have. I highly recommend visiting this store and save the frustration of call centers.

Ive been to this store twice. While there is a wait sometimes, I have always been helped very well and by knowledgeable staff. Both times my problems were resolved right away. The showroom is also impressive.

Went in about 10 minutes before closing. Tevin came right up to me and offered to help. Was just there to exchange some equipment but asked if he could review my account. He ended up finding some great improvements for me, and did all this even though the store was closing and he could have easily just shagged me out. Great guy and a real asset - I will make sure to ask for him next time!
Don was great. Very helpful and friendly. We told him we wanted to lower our bill and in 5 minutes thats what he did. Clean store, friendly staff (my wife and I highly recommend Don). This store isnt the closest to our house but its where we are going from now on.

Wow, so I have been ready to give up on Comcast until I visited this store. I am really surprised. I really really wish I got the mans name who helped me. I think he was a manager, super nice younger black guy. I would highly recommend going here instead of trying to call. All of the employees were great.
Was in and out of there pretty quickly. But as with the rest of Comcast, their customer service wasnt all that great. The man that greeted me was friendly and seemed to care. But the woman who I worked with was the polar opposite. No smile, no greeting, nothing. Said maybe 4 words. And at the end I asked about a replacement part and before I could even finish my sentence she blurted out nope. Couldnt even let me know where I can get one. Im not sure why Comcast still cant get a grasp customer service. Just disappointing.
I was in there approxmaitely for minutes. I put my name in they called it a minute later. I went over to the desk the woman hands me the control. Thats it but mite I add in they were very nice and the building was well kept and they were extremely quick. I sure wish theyd open up that one back in my city again.

The lady that help out maybe said 3 words to me, never smiled.Her name was Jackie If I hadnt asked a question we would have done our visit in complete silence. Hated that I had to drive here to pick up new remote controls because they wont have someone drop them off when in the area. But the salesperson was very friendly when we came and gave us 2 remotes so we wouldnt have to come back too soon in the future!!!
Let’s face it they are sprint. Leading the industry and then.... bad customer service, horrible over sold product that doesn’t deliver as promised and over priced( cable and internet) they wanted me to pay $70 because they hadn’t updated service to my location in 4 years. So I pay u for a service, it hasn’t been maintained, so doesn’t work. So I pay for something it’s broken then I pay u again to fix it though I never even got what I first paid for, and if it doesn’t work after that, do I keep paying double until it does? Look Comcast is a joke go with anybody else most are fiber optic and what you pay for is what you actually get
