Bill is a real stand up guy, very calm and helpful. It did not end up working out for me with Victor Auto Group unfortunately, but I will definitely keep an eye out for them in the future. Bill went out of his way to help me out even though I couldnt get a car with him. I would highly recommend them, they seem like they really go out of their way to get very high quality cars and go above and beyond to ensure that with the buyer. I truly did not get the sketchy vibe you get from a handful of dealers.

Best private dealership experience while buying a car I’ve ever had! I called on a whim one night inquiring about this Mercedes. Bill listened to me very well, I had a bad experience with a dealership that had sold the car I put a down payment on so the Mercedes Bill has was actually my second choice and I’m sure glad it was.Like I said Bill listened to my concerns well, took my down payment to hold the car along with an additional payment because I had gotten sick and I came with the rest of the money to buy the car and he was more than happy to assist with the process of buying this car. He made it stress free and was extremely easy to work with. Bill is personable and nice enough to not sell the car behind my back like the other dealership. Victor Auto Group is a breath of fresh air!He even filled up my gas tank after I bought it because he listened when I said I had a far drive back.The car was exactly as described!Would only have a few things I would improve on the car.Use armorall or some kind of polish to make the interior smell good and shine more when you first get the car.Also, you can tell a smoker use to own it so I could still smell smoke; therefore, I would have had air fresheners in the car as well a free breezed it.Only received one key with the car instead a standard of two.Other than that minor stuff, I would definitely buy from Victor Auto Group again!!
