Great service! The young man working there was very friendly and helpful. Also had some great mystery game bags, we got 4 popular video games from a mystery bag that only cost 19 bucks 😁

I will adjust my review after my next visit and see that things have changed. The cashier that assisted me tonight on 8/17 was intrusive. I just wanted to browse and shop but the cashier never left me alone. He was nice but at the same time this ruined my shopping experience. Otherwise this store is great for its merchandise and selection.

I think they can do Better on things that are coming out because something was supposed to come out like a week ago for going to have it until it was shipped to the store and half the time I go there it’s smells like sewage inside the store and outside the store

Ordered 2 games online . Was supposed to be here today I forgot the apartment number on the order. So I call FedEx to tell their driver its apartment number 4. Well they cant so I attempt to get in contact with customer support all day. Nothing. So now im out money, 2 games ill never see and your out of my buisness for the rest of the time you stay open. I cant speak highly enough of the Batavia GameStop! Its an extremely well run store- the manager does a great job and the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. This location has what I need surprisingly often (for a small town store), even around Christmas when hot items are out of stock at both other retail and other Game Stops. Theyve saved the day multiple times. Ive had mixed experiences with the chain as a whole, but this location is the best. I know GameStop is closing a lot of stores right now... This better not be one of them!!

Didnt want black people using their phone in the store. Said he had to call corporate because I wanted to take a picture of a couple games.

This location has extremely welcoming and knowledgeable staff. They are experts in their area but dont push it on you. This location has a vast assortment of new and used games for many formats. And the pricing, compared to Canadian stores is impressive.Lots of selection in a clean wide open space.

Expensive! Employee was great but not a good value place. My son received a gift card so that was the only reason we went there. I had been there a few years back and things havent changed. Again store employee was great this post has nothing to do with the employees. Typical game store chain with poor trade-in prices. Always go local, most of the time youll find a much better trade in and sales price.

The staff is very helpful and friendly! The store is really neat, as in tidy, and they offer many games both new and used. Headsets, controllers, extra cords, they have it. They also carry collectibles and fun t-shirts and various accessories, even coffee mugs.

Standard Game Stop store. The staff was nice and the selection was great, but the prices seem high and better deals were found on Amazon and eBay.

My favorite store

Its well-stocked for a Gamestop and a typical selection of used games. With some popular releases, it makes sense to try here first as the city stores may sell out faster. Salespeople are always trying to up sell, but they do take no for an answer.
