Beware of car wash!There is only two lousy dryers in the car wash and the track shifts your car out faster than it has a chance to dry. Your car will be soaking wet upon exit. Told the employees inside and they gave us a code for a second wash. How is a free second wash going to help?

I stopped in to buy a pack of gum after getting gas. I paid with a $20 bill. When I got home, I learned that the clerk had shorted my change by $5.00. Beware of dishonest cashiers here.

Rarely a wait to gas up at the BP. Pumps are in good working order. Lighting is very good for night fill ups. Cashiers are generally pleasant and always professional. Many people use the car wash here and it is normally well maintained.

Love this place! My car always looks good and their detail package is well priced.

The manager short white lady with glass is so rude. Dont know what her problem is..Shes misrable..i told her i was gonna contact her district manager to comlpain& she saidgoid luck ill just get a raise..Pretty sad attitude..Dont go during the day..Im a local resident

Walked in to pay cash since I didnt have my card on me. Told me theyre not taking any transactions. I asked them when they were and the lady counting kept shaking her head at me all rude and the kid kept saying theyre not taking any transactions, use a card outside. They were just super rude. If youre going to count the drawers and dont want anyone to bother you, lock the doors. Luckily I made it to the Meijer gas station in St.Charles with no gas.

Just went thru car wash and it didn’t work so I went in to hopefully get another code. They explained that they couldn’t do anything and that I had to come back when a manager was on duty. I’m livid!!!! I just need a car wash not tomorrow today and I’m not willing to pay for another one to find out it doesn’t work again. Unbelievable!!! Never giving them my business again!!!

Worst service in Batavia hands down. Staff is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Go elsewhere to fill up or get a car wash, theres plenty of options on Randall Rd.
