Our garage door stopped opening recently due to the big spring breaking. They were able to come out promptly. Their techs were professional and timely. Great customer service and quality work. Definitely recommend for all your overhead door needs. A fabulous local business.

I had to have a spring replaced on my Garage door and was 100%happy with the service on 9/30. The Technician that replaced my spring was polite, friendly and answered all my questions and even help show me how to set my code, which was beyond what he was there for. I recommend this company and and the technician that I had. Excellent Service!

My garage door wasnt closing correctly and called them on Monday they came out Thursday. Very happy with the service. Technician was very nice and knowledgeable, also fixed an issue that was on the honey do list faster than my husband could have. Will be calling them in spring to put in a garage door opener!

I have been having issues with one of our doors. The tech came out and I was ready to put a new board in the opener or replace it. He asked if I had LED bulbs in our opener which I responded with a yes. He took them out and now our door is working again. So glad I called them, I am sure another company would have suggested a new opener.

Honest and friendly

I needed a part for my garage door. I was looking for part only because I was going to do the install. I called at least 5 other places prior to calling overhead door. The 5 companies I called before all wanted to send a tech out to me to look at what was needed. They wouldn’t just sell me the part I was asking for. I finally was referred to call overhead door from a co-worker ( I’m not from around this area ) when I called they were very polite over the phone and offered to help me with exactly what I needed. My work schedule didn’t allow me to make it down there that day and their regular hours are not not open during the weekend. However, knowing that I wanted to get this done and we were expecting more snow Charlie offered to open up the shop on a Saturday just to help me out. This type of service is almost unheard of these days. I honestly cannot day enough good things about this company from my experience. Great job !

On the two occasions I have contacted this company their service has been exemplary! They were prompt, courteous, honest, very reasonably priced and they have even given me an estimate about Future repairs/replacement issues that will be occurring in the future.
