We just bought our first tractor at Empire Tractor. Overall, it has been a good experience. Our salesman was Matt. He gave us time and space to test various tractors on the lot, which we appreciated. He was great to deal with during and after the sale. Our tractor was delivered on a Friday afternoon. Shortly thereafter we discovered an assembly problem. We immediately called the Service department at Empire and ended up talking to one of the owners, Tim. He arranged for a service technician to come out early Saturday morning to fix the problem. We purchased some replacement filters for our tractor well ahead of time for the 50 hour service interval and found the prices in the Parts department to be quite reasonable. The bottom line is that we can recommend Empire Tractor.

I recently purchased a Kioti compact tractor and attachments from Empire Tractor - Batavia. When I ordered it, I knew the delivery date would be extended out several weeks due to the Covid-19 supply chain disruptions, before even stepping foot in the dealership. Matt was my salesman and was very easy to work with, any questions I had were answered immediately. From the point of sale until the tractor was delivered I was able to stay in touch with him and was always easy to contact.Aaron and his service team went above and beyond to make sure the tractor/attachments were assembled correctly and delivered to me in a timely manner. Mike went out of his way to make sure everything was set up properly and delivered to me safely. He also took the time to go over the operation of the options I had added to the machine and that was greatly appreciated by me.Overall, My experience doing business with Empire Tractor was great! There was one minor mixup along the way that was taken care of immediately. The staff did the right by me to rectify the situation promptly. I chalk that minor mixup to the Covid supply chain disruptions and the Empire Tractor staff working overtime to get all these tractors in the hands of their new owners. Thanks again to the staff at Empire Tractor - Batavia and I will be back in the future to buy more attachments and have my tractor serviced.

Over priced,. For that much money I can go to John Deere and get Quality Zero Turn Mower,. Witch I Did,. Went home with it that Day,. Paid them and my own trailer.

They have had my machine for over 2 months, there technicians suck they think they have it and tell me its all good and its worse then when I gave it to them I talk to tim call and still nothing he asked me how I would like it to run I said like a new Holland should run And I got no where with him what a joke . And they left parts out of it . if I ran my business like that wow I be in the unemployment line for sure which may not be a bad idea for them to close it up .

Never got back to me after several calls. Place seems disorganized.

I give Empire Tractor 100%. Parts guy 100% wrong, Service Manager 100% wrong and clueless about New Holland products and techs are 100% HACKS.

Took twice as long as I was told to install motor on lawn mower and had to go threw after I got it back and tighten all the bolts up myself
