Had appointment at 8:00 pm, arrived at 7:00 pm the guy at shock told me go back and come at 8:00pm, now there is no parking space on the street, if I go to pilot or another gas station and come back, it will take hours then thses guys wont unload my truck. I asked him if I stay here for an hour? He was so rude he didnt let me. These guys should be poilt with drivers. This will be my last load for this company

For the truckers. No overnight parking on premises. Guard was friendly and informative. They lost my paperwork after I had been instructed to leave it in trailer before backing up. ⚠️Never, ever turn off your reefer at this place. Only turn off your reefer after you get unloaded, have paid your lumper fee and all of your paperwork is in your hands. They will refuse a full load if your unit is turned off or on Start/Stop for even a minute, especially for fresh produce⚠️. They take pictures of your reefer, AFTER you get unloaded. Be very careful. They give you a lumper fee and walk away and eventually return to collect the fee. I highly recommend not paying cash for lumper fee here ( even if cash option is suggested) . Submit a check or credit card for your record keeping purposes.

Speedway right down the road that seems to have some truck parking...arrive early.Guard was friendly and helpful.They allow parking wherever you can find it before appt. As others have stated, you cant arrive before 8PM and they dont start until midnight.Plenty of room to maneuver and park.Paperwork is left in trailer when assigned a door.Arrived an 1.5 hr before appt time.Waited 2 hrs for a door. Back side of lot is around right side of building. Had some drivers back in crooked so backing was a bit of a pain.Unloaded in 2 hours.

Totally no problem for delivery I have appointment 1:00 am came 11:30 pm right away give me dock 40-min finished unloading $25 lumper fee

Lumpers need better education with Relay for easier and streamline pmt.

My appointment was for 11:30pm, checked 10:00pm. They will let you choose the door. 10:15pm at the door. Done by 3:00am.I tried to check by 3:pm but they told me that I can go to yard at least 8:00pm.

Honestly Im always impressed that they dont hold you captive for hours upon hours. Reasonable lumper fees ...better than most DCs.This DC allows you to park overnight as far as I can tell.

Bathrooms available,they start assigning doors after 8pm, so if u have a 11pm appointment u could come at 8pm, also i did park in the street for a couple of hours, I think if u are bringing produce they will let u stage in the yard after 4pm.

In my experience with this place was great fully because all personal was polite my appointment was 4 am arrived at 10:30 pm,given me a door right away,they started 12:00 midnight pay $40 for lumper on full load 2 hours later finished and the security give me a spot for parking all rest to the night 8:00 am living the please to truck stop (greater I-55) where always have parking

Worst place to deliver as a black person. The white security lady yells at you for no reason before you even sign in. No on-site parking!

Theres an oasis service plaza on 88. Head West. Go past the service plaza to the next exit. Get off easy to make a u-turn at the end get back on heading east and park at the service plaza.Good place to stage if youre arriving early and waiting for your appointment window. 35 minutes away.

I imagine that hell and that place are the same? It is the worst place in the world a bad treatment and above all to wait many hours.

Best kept secret the nice young lady at security guard shack told me if you have produce you can stage in property since 4 pm and the also you can park on the next street all day if you need to also the cheapest lumper fee Ive ever paid only 40 bucks

Young lady (nightshift) at security/check in, very personable and polite, an asset to Aldi distribution center.Wasnt on delivery schedule, someones over site. Was checked in efficiently, unloaded the same. All told was back on the road in 2.5 hours.Lumpers fee was $65, will try and bring some change next time, they let me slide with $60.Would be happy to bring another load back to this DC.

Tyson loads are priority but didnt expect what happened. Had appointment for midnight door immediately red light within 5 minutes unloaded and green light at 2am still no paperwork at 530am. Also the local drivers fly thru the lot so if you get out of your truck pay attention

This is the best Aldi in America organized professional people running this place In and out one hr We wish much more places like this.

I arrived at 11:30 for a 1am appointment.In a door by 11:30 they jumped right on me and told me they allow overnight parking.So I was awaken by some oomph loompa on day shift telling me I need to leave so I guess it a at your own risk type deal.

The most unsafe ALDI DC, i have ever been to, now second time and it is not gonna be long when a black horse driver kills a pedestrian, they are driving 25/30 MPH through the property, ALDI needs to do something before it is too late, other than that they unload you pretty quick and charge you a lumper, you can come couple hours earlier than your appointment but no overnight parking 2 starts for not enforcing yard speed limit

This place is crazy fast at unloading. Appointment time 0500 arrival time 0430 out by 0530. Lumpers were really nice. Security-guard was all work. All in all, not a bad experience.

Really slow, security guard has no clue what he’s doing, got to the facility at 11pm, appt at 1am, was told I need to go any door 59,60, 64 and 70. So 59 blocked with trailer, 70 out of order, 60and 64 were occupied by other drivers. And later I found that 3 trucks in front of me . And basically only 2 docks working. And I have to sit and watch when the freaking door will be free . So now is 1.30am and they put only one guy to the dock . Nightmare, absolutely never again facility.

My appointment was 5 am. Checked in 3am got the door right away. As soon backup to door they started unloading. Security guard very professional and everyone else also great. Don’t know if they do have overnight parking. I was out of here 430 am. Only delivering 2 pallets.

Wow by this reviews you would think its a good place to deliver. Depends what you delivering. If it is produce or meat you are in line for a door which can take up to few hours. and than the unloading starts. simply try to avoid if they dont pay good money

The young lady in the gaurd shack was very pleasant, she was very clear in all instructions given for smooth unloading. The lumper service was very fast, $40 for 24 pallets of Arizona Tea product. There is NO PARKING on ALDI premises!! Lumper will possibly tell you to pull around and park to the right of the docks....DO NOT DO IT!, as Security will come knocking!

Got here at 1930. Got into a door immediately only to sit and wait until midnight to be unloaded. Aldi doesnt unload outside trailers until midnight.While the unloading was seemingly quick (an hour, 2 at the most for only 13 pallets) waiting for the paperwork took at least 5-6 hours even with no OS&D.

In and out. Appt at 1am, got in at midnight, at door by 1220. Load shifted. Ended up fixing myself because the unloader looked at it as if it was some kinda alien puzzle made out of sounds. But out the gate by 130am. No parking on site or else Id give the 5 stars

There is a lumper cost. You go inside to your door. Meet with lumper. Then you can wait in truck til finished. Full truck took 2 hours 30 minutes to unload. Location seems to have very limited on site long term parking.

All freezer docks are always full, so it might take a while till you’ll get a door, unloading process pretty fast (1-2hours), cheapest lumper fees I ever saw, overall decent place .No overnight parking

Honestly not that bad. No parking, but it seemed like everyone was getting in and out pretty quickly. Also, there was a huge snow storm the morning I was there, and it didnt really mess with operations. Im tempted to give an extra star because the refrigerated side is staffed almost entirely with babes. Seriously, every pallet jack that drove by I was jezz theres another one. Not bad, not bad.

One of the unlucky ones. Half a trailer, 5 hours, been unloaded over 3 hours and they still say waiting for paperwork. Plenty of other trucks have came and went. Out of hours and 30 miles to nearest safe haven. Good luck with these fools

Horrible place to work. One day youll work 5 hours, the next, 12 hours. The warehouse director plays favorites and picks and chooses when rules apply. Management sucks. Absolutely NO communication. The turnover rate is outrageous, and no one knows what they are doing.

Never have an issue with these guys. Just walk into the gaurd shack theyll give you a number of docks to choose from. Pick one and go inside and stand by your door. Theyll offer a lumper or you can do it yourself. Personally Id rather not do the extra work. Lumper fee was $50 for a full trailer!

Got there at 2200hrs, was told they start at midnight. I walked in and was unloaded and paperwork done in 35 min!! One of the easiest ALDIs I’ve delivered to. It is a little tight but not impossible. Gaurd are really friendly.

Great respect for drivers .I took the load in Burlington IA from some one who canceled than instead I got punishment from the shipper in IA who kept me for 6 hours .I called Aldi asking if I can be late the didnt even ask me about 2 am appointment that I had .They told me to be before 6 am and Ill be OK.Exactly what happened I arrived 5:45 and right on the dock getting unloaded .Great friendly place to deliver.Broker didnt do any help they wanted to cancel but I stayed strong and I saved $900Elhamdulilah ( thanks God).Refet.D.

Extremely nice guard check that worked on 19th of July. Let me in a bit before 10. Unloading was under 90 min.

Dont arrive too early because they dont start unloading until midnight... And if that isnt bad theres no real parking around
