Took my new used truck there to have the windshield leak fixed. Charged me $80, said they would remove my windshield, they werent reliable if it broke, and reinstall it correctly. They caulked a tube of urethane, shoved the trim back on and it looks like straight dookie. I understand my truck isnt a newer vehicle but wheres the pride in your work?... I do plan on giving this truck a new paintjob. Prior to knowing that this was where my coworker took this truck to begin with I wouldnt have came here. So, because of the leak he wasnt able to fix due working out of town, the carpet is molded, and the seats themselves need to be replaced due to rust and mold. All I went back in for was to see if they could redo the trim to make it look decent...I went back to talk to them started explaining things, he told me that its been more than a month, he was sarcastic, rude, and told me to get the F out, and that if I didnt leave they were calling the cops. I have my banking app states I paid 1st of Oct!

Have done business with theme, for many years, fast friendly service, no problems.

Anyone who drives a sport/muscle car and needs window repair or services, I strongly recommend these guys! Ive had two windscreen cheaps, (got to love those truck drivers) and they have filled both of them to perfection. I can barely see where the cheaps are after months and years of having them filled. Do yourself a favor and go to these guys!

The service was excellent. I had one window replaced and it was 35% cheaper than Safelite would replace it for. It was installed less than 24 hours from the time I made the first phone call.

If it were possible I would give this business (negative stars). Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever seen in a business. I have been trying to get them out to my place to replace a broken window for a month now and keep getting told they might be able to make it tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came and I gave up. Will be looking for another place to have my window repaired. Absolutely Horrible Service.

My wife called a number of times to this horrible business and attempted to simply get a price for a piece of tempered glass for a new shower. The lady...who claims she is the one and only owner of this business...told her that she would call other companies and get prices and call her back. She never called back. My wife made four or five calls trying to get this woman off her butt to do her job to no avail. I personally called her to see if I could get her to tell me why she wont do her job and she was rude and obnoxious to me. I asked her do you realize your talking like this to a potential customer who wants to give you money for your service? and she HUNG UP ON ME!!Good Luck if you HAVE to deal with this horrible company! (Oh they have many many things in their place of business that they want their customers to think they are CHRISTIANS. THEY ARE NOT CHRISTIANS...BEWARE!)

Took our vehicle in for just a back glass replacement, which was replaced. However, our whole lock system is not working, nor is our back latch locking now. They stated that they were not responsible. Everything worked when it was dropped off. Poor, business!

A shower door was installed improperly. I did not get all of the parts for the hinges that I paid for and have called at least 50 times with no reply. I will never go there ever again. Business owners should have to take a competency test before they are allowed to provide services and products to the public.
