About 3 or 4 months ago I went to purchase a cylinder head for the passenger side of my 97 f-150. They gave me the wrong one, and I got my money back. The second time I was tempted to see if they could get me the right one. Not only they wasted my time, but they got me the wrong cylinder head both times. Will never be back.

Been there twice for parts. Both times I got great service and the parts were in better shape than I expected. Ill definitely use them again.

The used parts I have bought from cp. Worked great.

Good prices. But I like good service, and getting parts at a reasonable time too! This place doesnt have that.

Finding it was easy, but once we arrived at the location, it was hard to differentiate what was the salvage yard because adjacent to the yard is a fuel station that there are salvaged cars along side the fuel pumps, Be Careful when u pull in there is all kinds of scrap metal and glass on the ground in the yard you will probably have a flat b4 you return home. The service was a complete joke!!!My husband whom had spinal surgery aweek age went to ask for the part. He was informed that someone was going to be getting it off one of the vehicle they had. An hour and a half later still no part. So he casually goes back to the office and asked again, still no part the dispatcher had sent a txt to the service personel instead of calling to see who could have took it off while we were on our way to the location. 🤬Severely upset he just wants to go home now.....

Got here when they opened one guy here no body else waiting on people to show up to get my part. 🤬 Still waiting they opened at 8 its 933 now very bad experience

They got right on my parts I needed im a poor boy and have used sal age yards all my life but this is the best Ive ever been too

READ BEFORE YOU GET CONNED!!!! I was in need of a trailer hitch for an RV. I asked MULTIPLE times if I could get a return if it did not fit. I was told I could but I may have to pay a small labor fee for them pulling it. No problem. I agreed. I even got a hand written receipt so that I would be able to return it as I am not the one doing the weld. It did not fit and when I attempted to return it. I was told I had to talk to someone that was not part of our original dealings who promptly told me, sold! You are stuck with it!UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! NONE.

They needed more help.

Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. Drove 40 minutes for them to tell me I had to wait for a man to ok me to get what I needed! Will never go here again! Waste of time and gas money!

Drove 60 miles after calling and they said they had part but dont.on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say 1.

If you need some parts this is the place to visit, knowledgeable staff for any car project you have. They have lots of various cars, trucks and SUVs.

Bought a motor from them cause they said they’d drop it in my vehicle but it’d be a couple of days before they could put it in. I waited a couple days and called they said that it’d be another couple days so I waited then they told me they still didn’t have room I called every 2 days for 3 months trying to get the motor put in my vehicle finally I had enough and told him I needed my truck fixed he pretty much said do it myself or take it somewhere else I do not recommend to go to them for anything I also had a busted blinker I went to them to get a new mount and everything I told them what vehicle it was for and they brought me one from a completely different vehicle that didn’t even fit!!!

We bought a vechile from them and it has been a good vechile also bought parts there very helpful

Ive bought parts from here many times. Their prices are reasonable, I bought a transmission from them a few years for my daily driver and its still running great, they pulled the transmission and I picked it up the next day. The workers here know their stuff and will work to get you your part quickly. Only once when I was here was they short staffed and took a little bit longer, but I do recommend this place.UPDATE!!!!!I’ve gotten a ton of parts from this place and they will take you back and get it for you, which is great, that’s the good. I called about a motor, they told me they had it so I drove an hour down and they didnt have it and would find one, took my name and number. I never got a call and I ended up calling everyday for a week and they acted like I wasn’t worth their time. So I don’t recommend buying a motor from them, and they should get a better business sense, that’s why I took two stars off.

Only giving one star to be able to write review or they wouldnt even get that from me. Called about a colling reservoir for son in laws car. Guy that answered said he had it and gave a price of $20. Before we could give our name and let him know that we lived and hour away and would be there to pick it up he hung up on us. After that rude phone call didnt really want to go there but we didnt have a choice cause nobody locally had it. Hour drive later and 20 to 30 min waiting in parking lot for them to look. Were sorry mam dont have one. Really tell us you have one. Get there and you dont know if you do. 30 min wait for yall to say you dont. Suprised yall can find you way out of the office. Ill be making a few phone calls. My advice to yall is get ppls name and number. Get out of the chair and go look first. Then call them back and let them know if you have it or not.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. But not in a hurry. Be prepared to wait as they assist you in order (includes them removing other peoples parts for them).

Would not recommend this place to anyone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We Called and asked for a radiator, was told they had a used one for $65 and they needed our old one. Drove 30 mins from home for them to tell us they didnt know if they had one they would check but they had to keep ours to go back there and check. I said how long is it going to take, we called up here first because have other stuff to do, a man blasting music replies well go do it! I said i need to talk to the guy we talked to on the phone, is he busy? he said yes we are all busy, if you are in a hurry, leave. so i called him back and met up with him for him to say he would check. So we waited 2 hrs for them to tell us the one they have is broken too! Then offered us one for $150 when they are 50 NEW online😂 My sister also gave paid them $285 that her and her husband counted, they counted it, gave her the key to her van, then ran out saying she was 10 short.

Called twice before I drove 80 mile round trip to spend almost 1000 dollars with this salvage yard to make sure they had parts on hand. When i got there they had not pulled either part waited about an hour just to find out they had neither part. Burnt run and wasted gas and 4 hours.

I was there today 5/15/2018 around noon with a load of scrap metal when I went across the scales I was given a price of .10 per pound for my load,after unloading and going back to collect what I was owed,they changed the price on me down to .07 cents per pound and cheated me on the metal on my truck,,,,I will never go back they are crooks,,,,on the way home I stopped at the closest store to get a drink and when I mentioned it to them I was told it happens there all the time,,,,,,,,,

I bought a motor from this place and it was junk. They wouldnt even honor their warranty. It would be different if they exchanged the motor or even tried but all they did was give me the run around. They took my 500$ and pocketed it!!!!
