Hi, I live in central Florida. I purchased a monogrammed tote bag for a graduation gift off the FB page. Delivery was efficient and timely. Unfortunately the snap was defective, when I contacted the shoppe owner she was pleasant and kind. A replacement was sent out within the week and was told to keep the defective one.I was very satisfied, I wish I was closer to shoppe local!!

I can spend HOURS shopping in Blackberry Jam! Karen has a great eye for picking out home decor and clothes, AND she just got some really pretty jewelry. I live out of town, but I always love coming to Batesville just so I can shop at Blackberry Jam.
