I would never do business with this pharmacy again. My doctor called in my prescription refills and the pharmacist called me to tell me that it was too early to get them refilled. I don’t know anything about that I just go by the number of pills that I have left in the bottle. When I get down to a few pills I always get my prescriptions refilled because I don’t want to run out. I have been taking this medication for 9 years. It’s not a narcotic or anything but medication to help me sleep. The pharmacy manager Richard had a real attitude on the phone. He said I was trying to get my medications too soon like I was a criminal or something. Totally unprofessional. Then he said he checked with my insurance when I have no insurance in force right now. I think I would know if I had a policy in force. They also never hardly have anything in stock when prescriptions are dropped off. Most everything has to be ordered. Save yourself some trouble and don’t bother with these guys.....
I was told my prescription would cost $40 less than what I was charged. When I called to let them know, I didn’t receive an apology for the miscommunication, but instead was treated as though it was somehow my error even though I knew exactly who I spoke with and the amount I was told it would be. I don’t recommend them!
