This is the reason that I will always go to Action appliance parts!! I ordered a part for my fridge on Friday at closing he said the part would come in before noon when they close on Saturday to I was up there at 15 min before noon. The part was not there so he called whoever he ordered this part thru. They said they didnt have the part in stock when he ordered it but they just had a shipment come in and that they currently had one. He told them to send it over. He said to me that he would wait for the part to get there and when he was leaving the shop for the day that he would drp6 it by to me at my house! There are not many people that would have done that in todays world! Old school service still exists at this business!! Thank you to this business for taking care of its customers with a smile and impeccable service!!!!

Terry was very helpful and patient in helping me diagnose the issue with my dryer. He gave me several troubleshooting tips to try before recommending that I replace the heating element. He had the part in stock and gave great instructions on making the repair. Will definitely go back if I have any other appliance issues.

We were on a pinch for a very important dryer part that was unavailable at Lowes and Sears. Came to this store, explained what we needed, showed pictures of this little part to the store owner, and 30 seconds later we had the part in our hands.

I called action appliance looking for a thermostat for my old oven Mr. Terry indicated that he no longer carried itin the store but he did some research and actually found a thermostat for me hes wonderful both he and his wife Ive been in the store before the atmosphere is pleasant there as well as over the phone I like doing business with those folk.

Had the part for my fridge, was a reasonable price!
