June 8: Ordered a high end Fuego grill. Estimated lead time 3-4 weeks, so about July 8.July 30: ship date revised to July 23.July 15: still on track for delivery July 23.July 24: missed the date, no information on new ship date.July 28: New ship date August 13. I advised that I could not receive it between Aug 20 and Sept 10. BBQGuys changed ship date to Sept 10.Sept 16: Missed ship date again. New ship date is November 1.I canceled the order 5 months after placing it. So much for grilling this year.

Ordered a Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 with some accessories (grill cover, charcoal tray, etc.) Said it was in stock (at the time, not many retailers had it in stock) - order it on 2/24, shipped on 2/26 from Louisiana, arrived in CT on 3/3. Everything arrived in perfect shape, very well packaged and protected. Put the grill together in little over an hour - and now ready to go! Well done BBQGuys!

Ordered my entire outdoor kitchen cabinets, fridge, and sink from BBQGuys. The cabinet products were well built but delivery times on half the items were unacceptable, even with taking into consideration the “COVID excuses”. Never did get the sink. Support on updates was okay if you got the right specialist.

Paid for 2 year extended warranty. Fridge broke in ten months and have spent last 3 weeks trying to get anyone to respond. have tried phone, email, live chat you name it. Completely ignoring me. If they can fix this ill happily change this review, but this is borderline fraud. Next call is to my attorney i guess ... all for a dumb fridge...

And then after I told them it was too late to help, an erratic Robot continuously repeating “We are happy to help” lol . Customer No-ServiceOrdered two Bromic Tungsten electric patio heaters. After a many month wait due to back order, they finally were shipped. Unfortunately, foolishly, I neglected to unpack the items, and it was only weeks later, when my contractor opened them, that we found that one of the two heater elements was shattered. I immediately contacted BBQGuys customer service. I acknowledged that it was my fault that I did not immediately report it, and said I would be happy to pay for the replacement part as a result.Two chat sessions, promises that they would address it, five unanswered emails over several weeks, and in the end, I got absolutely no help from BBQ Guys. They totally ghosted me. Thankfully I then reached out to Bromic, the manufacturer. What a difference--my email was answered within 6 hours and they shipped the replacement part out, AT NO COST, the next day. Cannot imagine two more opposite experiences--miserable (BBQ Guys) and fabulou (Bromic).If all goes well, Im sure BBQ Guys is a reasonable place to buy stuff. But heaven help you if YOU need help. Cuz they wont.

Giving a low star rating because of the company they chose to deliver their products. They don’t use Fedex or UPS. Instead they use absolute terrible shipping company named RL Carriers. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It wasn’t delivered. So I called around 6pm. I spoke to someone who told me they couldn’t find my address so they didn’t deliver it. They made zero phone calls or attempts to find my address. I have stuff delivered all the time. Funny fedex and UPS can find my address but they can’t. Poor excuse for not doing their job. After speaking with someone on the phone he said my package would be delivered tomorrow in a window of 11am-3pm. It’s now tomorrow and I get a text message saying call to schedule my delivery. So I call and they tell me they can’t get me my package until Monday. Ruining all my plans I had for this weekend Bc the package I’m waiting on is a new grill and we had planned a cookout. Now after spending the morning on the phone with them, I find out that it didn’t even go out on a truck today and there’s no way they can get it to me today. So the guy I spoke to on the phone yesterday lied to me and never put it in the system. Now I have to drive over an hour to their facility to pick up my own package. Aka I’m doing my own delivery for a delivery company. Terrible company. Would never recommend.

I was happy with the Coyote products I ordered but when my contractor built the outdoor kitchen to install them in we found I had ordered an extra set of doors and an insulating jacket that I didn’t need. I never opened them and figured I could return them. BBQGuys refuses to take them back even though they are on back order for these parts! I even offered to return them for half price store credit and was refused. I will not buy again. Go directly to Coyote.

Great service, selection, educational video and their showroom in Baton Rouge is amazing and very helpful. I drove from New Orleans to meet with Ty Stewart, who is very knowledgeable and provided no cost 3D model for my outdoor kitchen project.

I purchased a Blaze Grill in June 2013 from BBQGuys. The grill is a premium quality grill and was a little more expensive than the typical grills sold at Lowes or Home Depot but has been well worth it. The Blaze Grill has a best in class lifetime warranty and the BBQGuys have been outstanding in support of the warranty. Seven years have past and I needed new burners, flame plates, etc. and the grill operates like it is almost brand new. The BBQGuys Customer Service Team have always been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. If I ever need another grill, I will purchase it from the BBQGuys!

Do not believe life time warranty. Bought a 32 4 burner built in and now 4 years later will not replace parts because I cant get them clean enough. Compete BS. One of the parts completely rusted away and two of the fire tamers have holes in them. BBQ says they would like to replace the parts but are concerned Blaze will not approve it. Dont care what blaze says, I bought the part from BBQ Guys and they should stand behind their product.

The grill buying experience was so easy. We were updated every step of the way in terms of order and delivery date. Even the delivery drivers were so nice! This grill is everything advertised. We probably grill three times as much as we used to with this new grill. Highly recommend!

Ordered log set Oct 22 2020. It is now Jan 16 2021. I still do not have the remote. Everyone I call, sorry sorry sorry. We will call manufacturer and get back to you. They never called me back. Every phone call every email was initiated by me. You think a manager would call me to help resolve the situation. Nope. Over $1300 3 months later they never called me first. One would think they would find another vendor for a universal remote. Since they said the log set company doesnt make the remote for the set I purchased. Had to cancel installer twice after being told I would get the remote on X day. Simply awful they better take what I received back after the non sense they put me thru. AWFUL SERVICE, go elsewhere.

After a very deep research to find a grill for my Yacht. I found the blaze 32 marine series. Ive contacted several dealers by phone and email. I was told by some that they are unable to ship to a secondary shipper that will ship to me in The Turks and Caicos Islands. I called BBQ Guys, told the sale lady that Im not in the USA and if possible they ship out of country. She said thats not a problem. I made the purchase for the grill with all the accessories over the phone. Items shipped the next day and got to my shipper in FL. Two weeks later the grill was setup on the Yacht. The sales lady was very helpful and made great suggestions.

I have a small Meco electric pit which I love for small cook outs but the parts were discontinued from the manufacturer and no longer available from the seller. I found the BBQGuys website by chance and I was so surprised and happy they had the replacement parts I wanted. I highly recommend this site.

I placed my 2.5k $$ order with them back on May 13 2020. Was originally told it will ship as soon as the items are available at their warehouse. Well, 1 small item (30$) was shipped almost immediately (and not from the bbqguys, but direct from the manufacturer). The main order however was not shipped. I contacted them multiple times and was assured that all except 1 specific item was currently in stock at the warehouse and they promised at least twice to have all the available items to be shipped ASAP.3+ weeks later - still nothing was shipped and the latest update that I got today was - it will be shipped in 1 week, not any sooner.I have a bad feeling about that. If anything else will ever be shipped.Would also be nice to not charge customers for the items that were not shipped yet. My card was charged the full amount on the day I placed order. However, for 3+weeks I havent received anything except for a 30$ part.

I ordered several accessories from the website and one grill grate showed up broken. After speaking with Toya in customer service I sent in a photo and explained what showed up. Within an hour I had a replacement on the way, tracking number and follow up from Toya. She followed again two days later saying the new grate would be delivered that day. Really disappointed in the customer service and support. I purchased a Primo Grill, the top broke on second use, after looking online known issue. I called for warranty support and they sent me to Primo. Said you better of going to them than us, it will be faster. I have contacted BBQ to get support as Primo said we will replace the part and it has been 3 months, still no part. BBQGuys and Primo really disappointing. No support from either.

I used my newly purchased Fogo Super Premium Lump Charcoal yesterday for the first time, smoking a 3 rib rack of pork. It burned well and the pork was absolutely delicious. Very happy with my purchase. Looking forward to smoking a Brisket or Beef short ribs.

They may have good products, however their customer service is .....This company may have good products, however they fail to support the US military personnel, dependents, contractors and civilians working internationally. I made an order on 5/6/2020, and emailed the company twice requesting an update. I finally called on 6/4/2020 and asked for a status on my order. They informed me that they have been trying to contact me on multiple occasions (which is false). She stated to me that they ship through USPS and could not ship to an FPO, AP military address. However, USPS ships here all the time, and we have a US Post office on our bases and we each have a US address and have many reliable companies that ship to us daily. Will never order from this company again, even when moving back to the US. This is an American company that doesnt support the men and women that defend their rights to own their company.

Its been a mixed bag with BBQGuys. I ordered $2500+ of products for a new outdoor kitchen. Two of the 5 items arrived damaged from shipping. Without hesitation, these were replaced though slowly due to mfg. backorder. Two items, were broken upon arrival including a $1000+ Azure Bev. Ctr. that was so poorly made at the point of mfg. that the door cannot close. There has been little/no assistance with this problem from BarBQGuys. I have contact the other mfg. (Lion) on my own (getting tired of waiting for BBQGuys) and they have been quick to respond. So its a mixed bag. Id definitely look for another vendor next time around or for additional BBQ products.

I ordered two separate orders from BBQGuys, a grill in one order and a gas stove, one fridge with its frame, and three doors. The fridge never arrived. They said it would take 3-4 weeks yet it’s been more than 5 weeks and they still haven’t sent the new fridge. I have tried calling and emailing them about the fridge but they are not answering my calls or emails. The rest of the order arrived in broken boxes. The grill, and gas stove were thankfully in good condition. However, the fridge frame and two doors were broken upon arrival which meant only one door was good. I thought the fridge frame was broken but the right size, so I made a hole for my fridge according to the frame. They offered to replace the fridge frame and two doors and I agreed. The fridge frame and two doors arrived in good condition the second time however, that was when I realized that the first fridge frame they sent was too big. So now I have a hole that is too big for my fridge. Moreover, they said they would send me prepaid labels to return the broken frames and they haven’t even sent me that yet. This is a horrible experience and I am writing this review in hopes that no one else purchases products from this company so they don’t have to go through what I am going through still to this day.

A close friend of mine (Iraq war hero) ordered a smoker grill for his catering business. it didnt work!!! he lost all kinds of clients waiting for their orders!After calling treager they said they would fix it instead of sending him a new grill, so he wouldnt lose his customers. He is still haggling with this company! Its been several weeks! He lost thousands of dollars! Had to sell all his meat! And his clients dont want anything to do with him now! I think they should give him a new grill for free after what he and his family have been through!I would not buy a treager grill!! All is well until something goes wrong and you think this company is reliable enough to help you.😡

I received a damaged grill from this website. After I contacted them about the issue they said that they would sent an email that I could reply to with pictures of the damage. After several days with no email I called back and finally got the email to reply to. I attached the pictures and send the email back the same day. It has been two weeks and I have not received anything back from them and they will not give me any information on the status of claim. Please save yourself the trouble of working with these people and shop at a different website.After posting the above review BBQ Guys responded to me and agreed to replace the damaged grill. I’m thankful that my damaged grill has been replaced and Stephanie has been easy to work with, but it is sad that it took a negative review to get a response.

My wife purchased a Sun Brite TV and sound bar for Fathers day. Only the sound bar was delivered. She has been calling and messaging and essentially been ignored even after sending proof that only 1 item had been delivered. This is why Amazon and Costco are so popular. If there is a problem you are not left in the wilderness ignored. Giving up, just going to dispute the charge and move on without buying from BBQguys again.

Do not buy from these people. I bought a rotisserie unit from them and part of it was manufactured wrong. They would not replace it Becouse i tried to use it. They told me to find a machine shop near me and see if they would turn it down to proper size. How are you to know if something is wrong until you use it. This place is nothing but a joke

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered one simple small item from this company back on May 15th. It stated, and I received email confirming this, Item ships in 7 to 10 days.When it did not appear to be happening, I emailed, nicely, simply asking for an update. I got back an automailer stating someone would get back to me in a few days. Never happened.Ive emailed several more times. I dont even get auto replies now. They still send me their ads. One month later I have no item, no updates, no response. They have my $260. Thankfully I paid with PayPal who will help me dispute this as it seems to be coming to that point! Can NOT recommend buying from this company!

Great place, best selection in town. Also, great website. It was great being able to look through their website, look at all their products, then realized this place was local. I went here, got a better explanation about the 2 smokers I was looking at, and decided to buy the Memphis on the spot. Its good to be able to shop online and then be able to go there and see everything in person. Anyone that is planning on buying anything from BBQ Guys they have the worst customer service. I purchased a sink for my outdoor BBQ 2 months ago and they sent a steel drain instead of a stainless steel one and needless to say the sink is now rusted. Their answer to their cheap drain is clean it and try to keep it dry. Hello it’s a sink!!! So much for the warranty that they claim to have. I posted the issue on FB and within 2 hours a Mr Hildalgo called. He requested that I forward him all the emails received from their CS dept which I immediately did and he would get back to me. Still waiting to hear from Mr. Hidalgo.

Terrible! Drove 45 mins to baton rouge and the gate says entry by appointment only. Would be nice to know this prior to driving all the way to the showroom, i could be overlooking it but cant find that useful piece of info online either. Even after arriving, i talk to a lady in the showroom and tell her i had just driven 45 mins to come pick up some grill grates and asked would it be possible to come in and pick them up real quick. I have two co-workers that have purchased them from their showroom. I tell her that and she asks if my coworkers are available to find out the brand name. By this time im so aggravated by the million questions shes asking me about the grates, i just say if i cant come in or you cant help me i guess ill find the product elsewhere and she tells me ok then, have a nice day.

So, these guys are spammers. I visited the site, and browsed around after not opting in. After leaving the site, I get an email from them through a business partner - SafeOpt. I did not give BBQGuys or SafeOpt my email address. The email said Hey, we saved these things for you They were things I was looking at. I dont care how helpful it is, I did NOT give them permission for them to email me. I find this type of practice unethical and frankly the definition of spam - cause it is. I dont know who came up with this idea, but they just lost out on $15K worth of business. Talk about desperate.

No application specialists. I have a propane firepit which is sold by BBQ Guys. Im not happy with the flame shape and wanted to explore options for improving the look. I selected BBQ Guys because they have a large inventory of firepit components. When I called them to ask for advice/recommendations, I was told that they have over 40 thousand products and they cant be expected to know each of them. I was then told to contact the firepit manufacturer. When I asked to speak with an application specialist, or someone who had experience with the firepit components part of their business, the same information was repeated. If BBQ Guys isnt willing to learn the products they sell and hire a more knowledgeable staff, why would I shop there instead of going to Amazon?

Our builder recommended this place and we could not have been more satisfied. Our sales rep Reid walked us around their outdoor showroom and was very knowledgable and patient with us. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us. Once my builder was ready to build our outdoor kitchen Reid, Sheila, and Curtis acted VERY quickly to make sure our order made in time to our new home. The delivery guys were very pleasant and made sure all the items were there. We were very impressed overall with shoppers choice and we highly recommend them. Ask for Reid!

Do not buy from them! They did not ship my $1500 grill safely! Arrived damaged unbeknownst to be me until I opened it 3 weeks after delivery. I didnt open it because I didnt want it getting dirty in my garage until I was ready to install it. Damaged Product, Terrible Response, No Resolution after 6 Months!I purchased an outdoor kitchen grill and beverage center from BBQ Guys on 3/10/20 for $5844.42. I was told it would ship in 2-3 weeks, and my purchase was based on that expectation because I had an immediate need. It did not ship as promised, and while I received a couple emails advising of repeated delays, I was given further false shipment dates and I repeatedly had to follow up when the product didn’t arrive. Regardless of circumstances, there is no excuse for the poor communication and incorrect information provided repeatedly without correction or follow-up. Finally the product shipped around 5/21, a full 2 months beyond the expected ship date.When delivered just over a week later on 5/29 it arrived with a broken countertop. I immediately contacted BBQ guys with multiple photographs of the damage was clearly represented and identifiable. I received no response so followed up on 6/4 and was told that same day that a replacement counter section was being shipped to me. I received it on 6/18 and discovered it was the wrong replacement component. Again I notified BBQ Guys that same day and sent a photo/illustration of the incorrect section received and another photo of the section it should have been. On 6/19 I was told the correct part was being shipped.I followed up via email on 6/30 and again on 7/7 and did not receive a reply to either. I emailed again on 7/14 nearly 4 weeks after being told the 2nd replacement was shipping, and finally received a response another week later on 7/23 advising the correct replacement is on the way and would be sent out by the end of the following week. I followed up again the next week and didn’t receive an immediate reply, however was informed on 8/5 that the replacement had just shipped. It arrived on 8/7 and again was all broken in many pieces. I immediately informed BBQ Guys with photos of the crumbled countertop and unusually did receive a reply the same day stating they would send another – the 3rd replacement – and I was told a 25% discount would be provided for all the trouble. I spoke with the representative “Dana” by phone in addition to email, and this was the ONLY time and the ONLY person during the entire experience with BBQ Guys where I felt someone even cared. I did receive the 25% discount refunded to my credit card, and a week later on 8/14 I followed up again to inquire about status of the 3rd replacement as I had heard nothing further. I received a reply same day advising the replacement would ship 8/26. I heard nothing further and followed up on 8/31. On 9/2 I received a reply stating the replacement had not shipped and they were “working very hard to get your item shipped out as soon as possible”. I replied same day restating that I had ordered this product 3/10, nearly 6 months ago, and STILL do not have a non-broken countertop rendering it essentially unusable this entire summer. I asked for further definition of “as soon as possible” and an actual date I could rely on. I did not receive a reply, and inquired again on 9/7. I then asked for the product to be picked up and a full refund issued if they were unable to promptly replace the broken countertop. I received no reply, and followed up again 9/10 and again received no reply.This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. Nobody takes ownership, communications are horrible, and commitments made are rarely accurate or fulfilled. Having the original product arrive months late and damaged, then the 1st replacement shipped as the incorrect item, then the 2nd replacement arriving also broken into many pieces is a clear indication their fulfillment operations are as dysfunctional as the customer service. Waiting more than 6 months and still not having a viable product is beyond reasonable. I’ve again asked for a full refund or firm commitment as to when I will get a correct replacement in good condition, and have received no response as of today 9/12/20.

After missing the estimated delivery window i called several times and received different responses from support as to the status of my order. 1 call its on its way, 2 call its on backorder. I decided to cancel the simple order. Will not return to BBQGUYS.COM for my future needs.

Shopper’s Choice is the best place to shop for anything and everything you need for your outdoor cooking needs. You have the option of shopping online or visiting their beautiful showroom. I have done both and am very impressed with their service. When shopping online I received my items quickly and as described, but I love going into their showroom where you can see the items in person and have all your questions answered by their helpful staff. The outdoor showroom is amazing, I can’t believe how many different kitchen setups they have! I bought a Kamado Joe and was able to see all the different sizes and grill surfaces before deciding which one I wanted. I pulled the car around to the side and they loaded it right in. Easiest shopping ever.

Listed a Kamado Joe grill for sale with a 7-10 shipping time. After 15 days, I contacted their support team who said they couldnt see details and I needed to chat back in. After reaching a second support agent, they informed me they are still awaiting stock on the item and estimated a delivery date 2 MONTHS from now. Completely unacceptable customer service and false advertising on website. Steer clear of these BSGuys

I have no doubt that the majority of the positive reviews are fake. Only on their personal site are their positive reviews, all the other sites are 1-2 stars. I ordered a sink, fridge, grill and drawer. Over $2000. ALL of the items came badly scratched and dented. The sink had been used as it was covered in water spots. Their offer...to send me scratch remover to try to remove all the scratches. THESE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW AND WERE COVERED IN SCRATCHES. I sent TONS of pictures and kept being told they couldnt see any scratches and to send more pictures. This went on for several days (as you can clearly see in the pics they are very obvious and deep on ALL 3 PIECES) and was told I was more than welcome to return them but they would NOT be sending out replacements or I could try the scratch remover. When I received the scratch remover it was already opened, seal punctured, lid open and completely empty spilled out all over the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret it. This is what they call MINOR scratches??!?!

Literally the BEST customer service experience I have had in a while. Derdra & Hope took care of me. Dedra helped me with my order and Hope helped me with my grill not fitting my cutout. Just installed the grill and have to make sure all works still and such and have to call them with help with the gas line. They have been beyond helpful and great. Anyone leaving negative comments, in curious to see how bad it actually was. Hope and Derdra bent over backwards to take care of me. Thank you!!! Will most definitely be a customer again and again!!

Salesman pushed me on a stock product but when I got it home... the grill didnt perform as the salesman claimed, I was disappointed . So I was told by the salesman that they had a No hassle return policy, but after reviewing there actual policy it actually states that product must be still in the box and unused, Which means if you assemble it and dont like it, they wont take it back. In reality the salesman lied to me, there return policy is terrible, claims its no hassle but if you assembled it, used it, or Evan Took it out of the box then you cant return it! Read the fine print with there returns policy, its terrible !

Ordered a wine barrel fire pit for $2,400 on 4/8/17, never received it. Promise after promise on delivery dates but never shipped. Offered me a $100 discount and another delivery date, I held out for hope to no avail. Bad business I have lost a month of time, tons of phone calls and empty promises. Not my cup of tea, felt like I was walking into a car dealership. Once the gentleman helping me realized I already had a grill and was just looking for accessories he lost interest in me and moved on the next person. Wish they had more of a selection, they had a great outdoors display but the insides are lacking. Not somewhere I would visit often, it only took me a few minutes to look through all of their accessories and extras.

Shoppers Choice employees are nice enough; very helpful and friendly when my wife and I were building our outdoor kitchen.I guess my problem may be more with Blaze than Shoppers Choice, but you can decide for yourself.Bought several Blaze items (grill and a side burner) last summer and had no issues until Christmas. One of the nicer days we were cooking out back and discovered the burner would not ignite. I tried a few times, and then just lit it manually with a lighter to get us through the day. Wife was annoyed, but I told her I would handle it next week.Less than 6 months old and still under warranty so I called it in when I got to work and was told by Shoppers Choice that Blazes warranty doesnt cover labor. It would be $65 to have them come out and look at it. $65 to look at a $200 burner. If the part was bad they could order it but then I would also be charged for them to come back out and actually fix it.Wife is now mad that she bought a burner under warranty that she has to pay to have looked at. I understand. I will just continue to light it manually until I get aggravated enough, then we will buy a different burner elsewhere that we can have serviced properly without the upcharge.Like I said. Not sure this is a Shoppers Choice problem, but they sold it to us so here it is. I wont buy any more Blaze products from anyone though. Not exactly the quality we were led to believe it was, and they dont seem to care about support on the back end. Seems to me, if the product was all they say it is then they would have no problem supporting these once in a while problems.

They didnt ship for almost a week. Finally I called to cancel as it wouldnt arrive on time. They said no problem. Then find out nope too late and they charged me 226$ dollars to return something that I had been told was cancelled. The kicker- they couldnt tell me the charge for return shipping before they cancelled the item. So no way for me to do a cost analysis. I wouldve just kept the freekin thing.

I would not buy from this company. I purchased a BBQ and it came late, was missing parts and does not work. When I wanted to return it, the company told me I would have to pay shipping both ways, but refused to give me a price for the shipping. I am still missing parts and it does not work. Now I am stuck with it. It already cost me hundreds of dollars. Customer service does not know about the products they sell and cannot advise on the correct model. This has been a miserable and costly experience.

Horrible customer service. I placed on online order they claim it was delivered on a Saturday to a business not open on Saturday . I emailed customer service when I couldnt find it and no response in 2 days. I called and they told me to go ask my neighbors. They refused to do anything about it. I cancelled the remainder of my order because I cannot do business with a company that has no concern about whether you receive your order or not.
