Before I met these guys at Integrated Home Media, I had a terrible and painful experience with a very large local AV company who was giving me an overpriced under delivered service that left me spending over 2.5 times what it was worth.When I first met Nick and Jamie, I instantly felt they were listeners who were interested in wowing me with their excellent customer service and their honest pricing methods. They were upfront about costs and were very quick to begin my new construction project. They were willing to work with existing equipment I had purchased before they came into the picture and adapted my pre-wired system to work with their equipment they recommended. They even installed my camera and alarm system at a better monitoring price than my previous alarm company. They started with a horrible situation and ended up making everything cohesive and Im so thankful I found them!A full year later, I couldn’t be more happy with how everything turned out. Best Audio/Video company I’ve ever worked with. Having to retrofit a new house, they were able to wire the entire house, install in ceiling speakers in every 11 different rooms (one with a 5.1.2 Atmos system and another with a 7.1.6 Atmos system), install motorized shades, motorized drapes, security system with cameras, 9 4K HDR TVs, a 4K HDR projector with a 175” screen, automated lighting, automated pool pump with water feature, lights, and heater, mosquito misting system, DIRECTV with all boxes located in a dedicated room out of sight, whole house audio and video distribution, door locks, garage door controllers, and everything tied together with a Control4 system, which is integrated with Alexa for voice control. It’s very easy to control everything with one remote, touchpad, or phone, and scenes are set and activated with just a push of a button. When I wake up, by pressing a button in the master bedroom, it disarms my alarm, unlocks the doors, opens the shades, turns on the lights in certain rooms and to a specific brightness, the TV in the living room turns on and tuned to a channel I watch every morning, and the opposite happens when I go to sleep. I have another scene that activates everyday at sunset and turns on specific lights to a specific brightness, opens shades, turns on the lights in the pool, etc and no one can ever tell if I’m out of town or not. The convenience of everything and simplicity to work everything is worth every penny.
