The standing seem awning looks great and is very sturdy. Mike Matthews made me a awning for my front door on Investor dr,6 yrs ago, the last hurricane can threw it tore it in shreads.Mike came over and took it down brought it to his shop and completely recovered it, it looks great... Ive called the main office three times to get an appointment. I finally had someone by the name of Kenny call me back but he was unable to write down my information; therefore I sent him all of my information to him to include my availability on a Tuesday.. He TEXTED me back the following day to tell me he would check his schedule and get back with me. I was contacted on Thursday by text to set up an appointment for July 5 at 3:30. On July 5, I was texted by Kenny indicating he was behind schedule and can meet with me on July 6, and he would get with me on a time. It is now July 6, 2:30 pm and Kenny never called, or should I say text. Business must be great when you can be this rude and non dependable with someone. If you work, or value your time, dont waste your time using this company
