All the staff was amazing! Literally every person in the place said something nice to me while I was there. I am very anxious when I go out alone, so that made my day so much better! I was there to pick out an anniversary gift for my boyfriend, and I actually ended up buying more than I planned on, due to the recommendations of the staff. I am very with my choices, and so is my partner. Love this location and will definitely be back to refill my Wallflowers! (AKA, take advantage of the sales 🙆)

Had to do an exchamge6 from an online delivery. The associates were so helpful and I was as in and out with my item exchange in less than 15 minutes.

Amazing smells and a good deal on the smelly things lol I am not sure what the names for them are but I have attached some photos. The wick candles are my favorite so I had to get two!! The stress relief, of course, and pineapple and mango because I love anything Caribbean 😋

The smell when you walk in just makes each visit to this establishment more perfect. They sale this Aromatherapy Lotion and Body Wash for help with Sleeping and it works wonders. It is pretty pricey, I spent $27 on just those two bottles, but its definitely worth it. My partner and I slept like babies last night. And the customer service was very good as always.

Oooooh! I thought my Sensual Black Currant Vanilla lotion and body wash had disappeared! But I found it at the Mall of Louisiana! Was looking for the oil and the Jasmine variety, but to no avail. If you are anything like me that love different scents, shower gels, body splash, lotions, candles, etc. This is the place to go, you will definitely need to control yourself as to not end up spending too much. Fortunately, they have lots of sales and special offers you can take advantage of. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Biggest and busiest location, has the most in stock. Friendly sales associates and usually running some sort of sale. Semiannual sales always bring amazing deals and the largest selection without being too picked over.

Always got the best smelling stuff out in front the candle store in the west to the east and out back. The line was mega long but moved fast. I will return for a second trip so I can stack up my whole home with these 8.99 3 wick deals. Thank for triple bagging my items.

Very nice staff, but the company always discontinue the best scents like Mediterranean Blue Waters and Bali Blue Surf. This makes me very sad because nothing else in the store compares to them!

The associate Jamie was super helpful. She found some of the particular fragranced candles for me in the back. Before I was bummed because they were out and it was the main reason for my visit.
