I stopped into BR Furniture at 2 pm on Friday, and my furniture was delivered and setup by 5pm. (I was approved for financing in 5 minutes, and my furniture left the warehouse shorty after.)Thanks guys!!

I will never go anywhere else for furniture! As a single mother with a toddler, it’s difficult to find fairly priced furniture that has already deemed itself as toddler proof! I couldn’t believe that I was able to furnish mine and my daughter’s entire townhome for just $55 down. Charlie helped me for over an hour to make sure I received great service, a great price and exactly what I was looking for in terms of size, color and material. Very thankful for Charlie, and will most definitely be back.

Everything seemed fine. The small fees for Application was told to me, and that was fine. Overall I like that I can pay a little something and yet still own my furniture. Delivery same day, with delivery fee. Im glad I didnt have to pay everything up front. Great furniture, and low prices.

Night to night BR Furniture Outlet is alright, its nice to spend money at low prices.

My wife and I recently bought a sectional, chair, and ottoman from this store on Florida Blvd. Overall the experience was OK. We found the furniture on craigslist and the price was right so we decided to go take a look. They also offered 90 days same as cash so we were going to take advantage of that. The building was nice and the showroom looked fine so we decided what we wanted and had it delivered that day. Delivery guys were professional and courteous. I only had 2 issues with the purchase and they are below:1) They advertise 90 days same as cash which is not accurate. There is a $40.00 application fee to apply for the 90 days same as cash. There is also a $70.00 finance charge to go through the company the use, Crest Financial. Total to utilize same as cash offer was $110.00 which was roughly %10 of our purchase price, this does not go towards the purchase so it is not same as cash.2) All sales are Final-there is no lee way here. Upon delivery we were told to inspect the furniture to see if there was anything wrong. We did and did not see any issue so we gave our approval and went on about our business. Three days after delivery we noticed a 2 inch line on the front. The line was a hard material and would not come off with water or scratching. It appears to be melted plastic or glue. While I am sure this was not caused by BR Furniture, it is obviously from the mfg glue or plastic packaging and they were unwilling to provide any type of replacement cover for it stating, we dont know if you had done it or what. That is a response of a company that does not trust their customers word, this usually shows that one should not trust the company.While we understand the as is policy this company will not provide any post sale customer service which to me says they do not believe in their product. They said they did not want to open another one to provide replacement which I understand but I told them they should go to the mfg with this and ask for a replacement. Their response was to offer me the mfg phone number, as we all know a mfg will tell me to see the retailer for any issues. Once your money is in the door you are on your own. We will not do business with them in the future due to their complete lack of desire to assist with an issue after the sale. If you are looking for a good price on some medium range furniture these guys can help you out but make sure once delivery is complete to go over EVERY inch of your product prior to the delivery guys leaving the premises.

I just rented my first apt and I found these guys pretty helpful the prices was awesome and the salesman was very friendly.

Do not buy from this company. Spent over $1200 on new living room furniture, and found whats looks to be melted plastic or glue on the front of the sectional cushion called to have cover replaced, and company refused. Also not 90 days same as cash as advertised. They charge a finacning fee etc on top of a $40 application fee that does not go towards your purchase.
