I loved the service. But am now moving. I have called over five times to cancel my service and have been left on hold for over an hour each time. There is no easy way to cancel your service. And let me tell you, they’ll keep delivering water and charging you- no refunds.EDIT: I sent an email to the email provided on the review below and someone called me back within two days. Thank you for everything!

Really bad customer service!! Decided to Stop payment because I was charged every month for water I never got on 2 our stores ... ! Made it very difficult to discontinue service when we decided to find out what going on no body answer phone and call back .Only one ☝️ persona helping the guy deliver our water at one location helpful he communicated to the company they didn’t do anything

Kentwood, IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING A DELIVERY DRIVER.Did you have an African American (black) male delivery driver who was pulled over by a State Trooper on Nov 8th, around 7:16AM on Seigen Lane in Baton Rouge? If that was your employee, please note: I witnessed him turning onto Seigen Lane & instantly being stopped by the police officer. Please note: This employee driver did NOTHING wrong that deserved to be pulled over. He had his blinker on & had the light when he turned. He made no wrongful driving maneuver, & there was nothing wrong with the truck. The back door was securely locked as well. I did not see ANY reason for that officer to stop him. So if this employee received any ticket from the officer, I highly doubt it was deserved. I just wanted to take the time to let you know about this incident.Thank you for your time.Have a good day.-Witness

Really bad customer service!! Decided to go with different company! Made it very difficult to discontinue service when we decided to go with new water company !! Called and canceled never received my last payment! Turned my company over to collections. We had used them for 10 years never late on payment!! Really sad they chose to do business this way!! I would recommend to never use them!

Really one of the worst company’s I have ever delt with! Made everything difficult to get new business service to get water delivered! Always late if they even show up to deliver your water and who knows what the bottles look like when you do get them!! Never call customer service they don’t care or want to problem solve!! I asked to speak to a manager and they laugh and hung up on me!! Really have never delt with such un professional in my live!! ( just trying to get water delivered!!) they hung up on me several times because I ask to speek to a manager!!! If you are looking for good and professional water company this is not the company for you!!

Awesome service and products, needed to go with distilled water after the cancer diagnosis and they were on top of it...what more can I say!!
