Better prices and product then all other places near by, great customer service, knowledgeable and quick. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Most of the staff was really helpful and friendly not a bad experience they could have had all the stuff we were picking up in order and together

This location provided the windows for my builder to build our home. When we had a broken window we called to see what they would charge to come out and repair it. Since they were the installers it would be cheaper for them to repair it. 15 phone calls later and 15 different messages we have yet to hear anything about them. No concept of customer service.

I ordered all the doors and trim for my house over 6 weeks ago, I started calling at 3 weeks to check on the status of my order, at first they could not find the order then they told me it would be 2 more weeks. After 2 weeks I called back again and was given the same excuse. Finally I said enough where is my order. I was informed that had to call the shipping company. I received a call back on 11/ 1 stating my order would be here Thursday 11/ 4 and delivered 11/ 5. I called 6 times on 11/ 5 to find out when I would receive my merchandise. I was told it was loaded on the truck and would be delivered. I have until yet to receive my merchandise. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are unprofessional and are not trust worthy,NEVER AGAIN.

I would give them ZERO if there was the choice. This is the worst company I have ever met. Every time I called to check the status, the guy who picked up the phone told me it was someone else who took my order and promised they would call me back asap. I have never received their response. I called them four times and was told to call me back 4 times but they NEVER DID!! It seems they dont care about customers and their business at all!

Dont listen to the BS about 2 week turn around on interior and 3 weeks for exterior doors. It took 8 weeks for everything Edit- Ordered over the phone, in store and also sent a email of exactly what I wanted. Got the wrong front door entirely and quality of all 3 Exterior doors. I paid with a credit card. They just got proof of delivery wont take back a special order door. Lesson learned. Demand signed invoicing from this place if you intend to use them.

Horrible company to deal with. Ordered doors from them and several weeks later had to track down the order because they forgot to deliver them. Of that order I had mis ordered two doors, these are stock doors but they refused swap them. Gene claimed that his hands were tied as the location manager would not allow him to take them back. Ordered two new doors to replace them. They messed that order up and demanded that I return to re-order or they would not build my order. Asked to speak to location manager and Gene told me he was the manager. So he lied the first time or this time?????? Had to send someone back to the store to re-order what they had messed up this time. Once again we had to track them down because we never got the call that the order was ready. Only shopped here because my original contractor used them. Will NEVER walk into this store again. Stay with a locally owned lumber yard.

Ordered Sheetrock and half was molded called and told woman and the woman was very rude. Said they would bring more the next day but never did. My company has had past problems with this company.
