The manager here is extremely rude. I was a few minutes late picking up my phone. I apologized he literally ignored me. I thanked him afterwards & he ignored me. Literally didn’t say a word during the entire transaction. His attitude is terrible. No paying customer deserves to be treated like this. Seems like he may be upset with things in his life outside of work. I too work with the public and will never treat a customer like that.

They fixed my boyfriends phone screen in a timely manner and were very kind. I have to rate the place one star because they also replaced his phone battery, and now the phone does not charge at all. When called to resolve this issue, they said battery replacement can sometimes short out something in the phone and make it not charge. They then suggested that we go to another store to fix that. We were not warned of this beforehand, and now he has to get a new phone. Again, customer service was very fast and kind, but ultimately, they did not resolve the issue that they created nor give us a disclaimer that this issue was even possible.

If you need more then AA or D this is a great place for special batteries. I walked in with my old battery, the sales man took one quick look and walked right over to the new battery. Since Radio Shack is no more this is the best place to go.

He patiently asked questions to determine exactly what battery I would need, was polite and professional even though I could tell he was very busy as the other phoneline kept ringing. He determined he had one battery in stock which might work and offered to hold it for me until I could come in. About an hour or so later, he assisted me in the store and assured me I could return it with no hassle if it didnt work. I just put it in our system and everything works perfectly! The service was great ...Kinda upset that I wasn’t able to use my home key 🔑 when I left...But the give you the closing remarks before signing on the line...First time getting my phone first ...But in my advice ....be careful with your phone and buy a screen protector and a case...Because sometimes once you damage something it may not be able to be fixed back to normal...So take care of your stuff...Wonderful place great personality...And they communicate with you...Great place...It seem more like a local family store ...But I love this place...Just wanted to let you know...don’t get mad because your stuff can’t be fixed 100% like it was...be thankful they was able to deal with you and only you...some places be too crowded...

I was out of town when my laptop decided to go belly up with the battery and there was a gentleman there that was so patient with me and held the only one lithium laptop battery in his store until I got there. What awesome customer service!

I never received notification that my order was ready for pickup

The deal on my battery was awesome, however, the staff member gave me some grief on my core changes. Sams Club, Advanced Auto, Pep Boys will take any lead-acid or AGM battery for a core. They dont require a 6 volt for a 12 volt or vice-versa.

Dillon and the staff are excellent. They have repaired my iPhone twice and both times have been thorough in reviewing the phone and communicating the repairs needed. They have fixed it and been friendly in the process. The price is the same or less than other places I called. Highly recommend.

Had trouble locating battery to fit project bike (dealership and auto stores said it would take too long to come in). I was shocked this place had several in stock and at a much lower price than ordering online. They even recycled the old battery and I wasnt charged all the fees and deposits the auto stores charge for batterys. This place saved me 150 dollars compared to what I would have spent.

I had an excellent experience. I called ahead and someone told me I could come in today for service. Got there and was helped, I went in for key fob programming. Employees were knowledgeable and experienced, they explained all the risks associated and were patient with me. I brought in a key fob and he told me it’d be $40 plus taxes. Programming took about 5 minutes and when I went to pay, he gave me a discount because my car was easy to program and he didn’t feel I should be charged full price for it.

Your staff, I called two days ago and the person who answered ask me to hold so he could finish with the current person he was working with. Of course that should be the norm, but most stores dont do that. Most leave the current buyer to help the phone customer, insulting the current customer.

My phone was making a buzzing sound every time you press on the main home button & Dillon was so amazing & helpful & fixed my phone. He knew what he was doing & was extremely knowledgeable about repairing my phone. I was in & out of there super fast! I would absolutely recommend this place!

I ordered online. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience overall. The battery had to have water added, which took about 30 minutes. This was no problem as I had a few errands near by to run. When I returned, they had it ready and waiting. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future for batteries.

Just had a battery replaced in old iphone 6. They thoroughly checked the phone to make sure the battery was actually the problem. They explained their findings and possible complications. They had the job done in 30 minutes and I have a 6mo warranty. An excellent experience.

Less than great. Fellow was nice enough, but his mind was elsewhere. Had to make several trips from my car to the store for forgotten or misplaced items. First trip back was because he picked up the wrong battery. I ordered it online and had the info, but he knew better.His tool set was in horrible shape and was missing a critical piece in order to remove/replace the battery relatively quickly. After watching him for a bit, I told him hed have more luck in getting the nut off if he turn the wrench the correct way. He really didnt really have a clue about how to use a simple wrench properly.I had to remind him to use a battery tender (another trip back to the store) so I wouldnt lose my settings, which I did anyway. While he was SLOWLY getting the frame back on (he tried to do this before replacing the terminal cap), I noticed that his shabby outfit was even worse than at first glance. His hair was in corn rows, so of course, his trousers were barely on (really? this is what you want your customers to see?). Also they had been ripped some time back (they were frayed at the ends) in the location of his crotch. A view I quickly turned away from.Never doing this again.

I wrote a bad review for this company because I got them mixed up with the company that rebuilds auto batteries. Im sorry for the mistake. I never shopped at Batteries Plus. But I will bring my business to them because the owner contacted me personally. That means a lot. Sorry for my mistake.

Couldve been quicker but Im satisfied with the experience. Wouldve been nice to have someone offer to load/unload the battery from my car.

I went to install the battery yesterday, but was delayed. The battery is not an exact replacement for my Harley Davidson Fatboy. It does fit into the compartment just fit. The battery post are slightly reset and not flush with the case, so I needed to make a 1/8 spacer or bend my lugs to fit tight. Over all, I am happy with the price and warranty.

Ordered a Honda key fob on November 2nd online for a pick up in the store. Website did not state it wasnt in stock in the store. Found this out after a 40 mile drive. Store said they would need to order the key. Two weeks later and multiple calls, the key still wasnt there. The key finally arrived on November 19th. After another 40 mile drive to the store, the key couldnt be cut by their machine. There was still no resolution on the 20th. After another 40 mile drive to the store, I got a refund. Very poor communication. The Honda dealer just down the road was the same price.
