Great place with great quality service. My first time coming to Battery World. I walked in with my Dads watch not working because the battery was dead and 5 minutes later I was walking out the door with a working watch again. Very fast service and there prices are reasonable. The 2 men that were working at the time were friendly and extremely helpful. I recommend this place.

The two people we have been helped by were both professional, hospitable. They helped with a key fob battery and a computer battery replacement . We were very pleased.

This ppl are scammers, they sold me rv batteries, the said they had 3 year warranty come find out, they where for a boat, only had 1 year warranty... after ownin only thim 13 months... there dead with warranty... i got riped off 312 dollers!!

Real bad experience with my cell phone battery replacement. Was told that it was easier than replacing an i-Phone battery. Left my cell phone with no working speaker, stripped screws and the same battery problem that I had with the old battery. Bought an expensive new cell phone. Nice guys, but will not be back.

Ordered gen set battery and was told Tuesday08/26/20 that would be in.Called to verify it was in and clerk said come by and get.I got there and it didn’t come in.Asked for a manager, none since COVID was told.Several Business practices went out the window and the two employees could care less.

Poor customer service when it comes to returning the core. Paid 35 dollars and the offered me 15. The leadership and management of this company by far is the poorest I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I brought in an electric scooter to see if a new battery would work. The clerk installed the battery, a light came on but it didnt work. The clerk told me to take it home and charge up and if it still didnt work I could get a refund. The scooter didnt work. I attempted to return the scooter and was only offered 80% of the purchase price as a refund. This is NOT what o was told. I will never do business there again.
