The worst mistake we ever made. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to Gerry Lane. Every person in the service department needs to be FIRED. All they do is lie and misrepresent. Service department is horrible. We have never experience service like this before. Something really needs to be done about this. This is not just a one time thing it’s over and over and over again. This is a work truck that brings in our revenue. It always takes a week or more before we get the vehicle back and the problem is continuous. They tell you it’s one thing and after you get your vehicle back you still have the same problem and you gotta keep paying them for what they tell you is wrong with your vehicle after they put it on the machine for a diagnostic. Dropped vehicle off on Sunday. They didn’t look at it until Tuesday. They was suppose to order parts on Wednesday. Got a call today saying they hadn’t got to the truck and didn’t know when they will be able to. Now mine you as long as that truck there I don’t earn one penny. I really wish I ca have a conversation with Mr. Gerry Lane. Something really needs to be done about this.
I’m going to try to keep this as short as possible but working with Gerry Lane was wonderful. They are very kind and helpful. They answer all your questions. And they are looking out for your best interest. We truly felt like we were treated right here at Gerry Lane! I highly recommend them.
It was my first time going to this dealer and it was a great experience. I dropped my car off with no issues, was offered a ride, was updated throughout the day, and my car was fixed and ready that afternoon! I could not have asked for a better experience! I will be back for sure when I need service in the future!
The only dealership I trust, even if I get mad sometimes. 😂 They treat you like family. Ive now purchased two vehicles. And its the only place Ill go for service. The sales team is genuine and caring. The service department runs smoothly so you can count on the fact that any amount of time your vehicle is there is not wasted and the tasks are done with skill and precision. Management staff have a firm grip on keeping their business on top in all aspects.

She even insisted that I allowed the dealership to find me financing, even though I already had my own. They were able to find me a better rate. I am thoroughly pleased with my new Tahoe. The only problem I had prior to my service was unable to get through to the service department to make an appointment. I tried repeatedly over a period of a week and finally had to ask a Sales Manager to go get an appointment for me. The service was great, the waiting area was comfortable, the employees were very pleasant and helped me through my first service of my vehicle with Gerry Lane.
What a fantastic experience I had at Gerry Lane thanks to Josh Teekel and his team! My vehicle had a battery issue and he arranged transport and had his mechanics fix my car in no time. Highly recommend this dealership and Josh!

I had to wait nearly 20 minutes in cashier office for the ticket to be closed out with no one offering any assistance. While my service tech was on phone, several other customer tech were free and someone could have and should have offered to assist her/me to lessen my wait and help the tech out. Teamwork helps the team and customer; but overall it was a pleasant experience, my tech and what appears to have been her trainee were very professional, they apologized for the wait time, scheduled my other services and got me out.

Everyone that I spoke with at Gerry Lane was very personable. No pressure whatsoever was involved. They gave me options on everything and allowed me to make the decision. They did most of the work through texting and finalized everything with brief questions and financing over the phone. This was definitely hands down better than going to the dealership!

I was in dire need of a truck, being mine was 20 years old. A friend of mines dad that works there told me who to go to and they would assign me a salesman. I had a budget and the finance guy, Avery, went out of his way and got extremely close, went over by $36, which is not a big deal. I was able to buy my 2nd new truck after 20 years. (Damn Chevys are beast when you take care of them). I dont think that another dealership couldve done better. Thanks goes out to my salesman, Juice. I hope Gerry Lane will still be there when I buy my next truck after 20 more years. Thanks guys!
Wouldn’t recommend getting your car fix at the Express Service. I took my 13’ Impala to the Express Service on Tuesday of August 3, 2021 to get my car codes reset on my car. Turns out I needed a camshaft actuator. No big deal, I got my car back August 5. Soon as I left the car lot my engine light came on saying “engine overheating.” I took back to Gerry Lane on Saturday, August 7 and by that next Tuesday they said I needed a new engine assembly. Mind you, my engine was in perfect condition when I had Gerry Lane Express Service doing a diagnostic test. So for me to leave there mechanic shop with my engine running hot is disappointing. They did not give me the service I thought I would receive from a Dealership shop. Wouldn’t recommend letting them near your car!

Beware of the parts department and read the fine print on no returns on electrical parts. I have a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado that needed a dash wiring harness. Our local dealers told us that it was a discontinued part. They found this one in Baton Rouge La. collecting dust in the parts warehouse. We paid overnight shipping and when we saw the dimensions on the box we knew the part was wrong. I would fully expect to pay a restocking fee but certainly didnt expect to be told sorry, no return on electrical parts when we never even attempted to install it. Gentlemen, thats why your Google reviews are only 4.5. Its the corporate culture.

Great working with The sale team !! Rhett was very helpful. Even though inventory was low, they made it a point to go above and beyond to help make the sale. I was offered a quality price for my trade, and offered cash allowance incentives. Even though I made the purchase sight unseen, I felt comfortable that I was getting what was promised.
Terrible customer service. I bought a brand new Silverado did not even bother to wash before selling. 2 weeks into having the truck I have an egg in the tire that I’m being told that I hit something to cause this so they can not replace the tire with 1k miles on it. Unbelievable. Just shows how much they appreciate there customers. You spend 40k on a vehicle and warranty to turn around and have to spend more on a tire and they can care less.

I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and most of them have been good experiences, but I’ve never come away feeling like a loyal customer until my experience buying a used car for my daughter at Gerry Lane. In the past it’s always felt like a competition with me trying to beat someone up to lower the cost and the dealership fighting me every step of the way. My experience with Tyler at Gerry Lane was completely different. From the beginning it was clear Tyler was trying to help me find the right vehicle at a great price, not just trying to sell me something. They earned my trust and this is where I’ll be going from now on!

I scheduled an appt on Tuesday, 8/17/2021 at 8:30am. I did not here from anyone until Friday, 8/20/2021. I called several times on Thursday, 8/19/2021 and they said they would call me back. Well they never did. I called Friday, 8/20/2021 and told the lady that no one has called about what was going on with my truck. Its sad Gerry Lane had my truck for four days. I received a phone call immediately after, only to hear that there was nothing that they could do. They wanted to charge me over a $1000 to replace a the touch screen in my truck. I researched it and it seems to be a common problem in all Chevys and GMCs. They might want to look into it.
My husband found the car I wanted that had everything included I wanted. He called and spoke to Danny and we set up a time for me to go look and test drive the vehicle and it was Exactly what I was looking for! Danny and Avery processed our paperwork and we were out of there in my new vehicle within an hour or so. It was a pleasure working with them and Im thoroughly enjoying my new vehicle!!

Tyreannisha was very professional and courteous as she received my vehicle for repairs. The service was great. The waiting facility was great in that I could wait inside with complementary tv or outside enjoying the fresh air. I was able to quickly schedule my appointment by choosing which day I wanted to come in (something I could get at other dealerships). I have written reviews for other dealerships but this experience was great.
I called and scheduled an appointment with concerns of a wire burned under my hood, check engine light on and the car stalling. I brought my car in on Monday morning as scheduled, Taylor was my service advisor, a diagnostic check was performed. I was advised that my issues was a water pump and thermostat. Service was provided for that, I picked up my car and got to the red light right out of the parking lot of the dealership and my car stalled, check engine light still on. Brought my car back to service immediately. But back on diagnostic. Then I was told I need a timing belt or chain. The wire under my hood still burned, coolant jug empty, it states on my receipt that my car was driven 6 miles and my coolant level was topped off. Couldn’t have been driven otherwise the technician would have known the car stalls. I did have any issues with my car overheating. I trusted in the evaluation from diagnostic to correct my issue and it hasn’t been resolved. I’ve paid almost $1,300 and still can’t drive my car. I have pictures of the work your technicians stated on my paperwork that they performed. Most of it is not true. I need help in this matter. I’ve also spoken with service manager Chad he said he would check with the technicians to see what’s going on.

Bad business! Had an appt scheduled to go test and buy a car, they knew I was on my way,drove 50 miles, got there only to be told they sold it!!! What the hell!! They lied to try and cover up their story. Not good customer service,never doing business with them.

Oil change and a few recalls needed to be done..the times a little longer than I planned on staying...the waiting area was nice and cleanThe only thing free coffee everyone dont drink coffee and the TV have to stay on the same channel at least put something on that people can watch

When I can to get my tire fix, I asked them how long will it take because I had another appointment. They response was 30 to 45 minutes. But, I was there for at least 4 hours. And all they was supposed to do was fix my tire. When I went to speak with someone to see what was taking so long with the car, then I found out that they had changed my oil but never fixed my tire. I didnt go there for an oil change I only went there for them to fix my car. Because it didnt make sense to me that the same day that I had for the car by that night the tire pressure light came on. They also didnt tell me that I needed to make an appointment for them to check or fix my tire. So, they said that was another reason why it took so long for them to fix my tire. I was very upset because I had to cancel my appointment for the doctor.
John Richard did an amazing job helping through the process of me buying my new 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. He was always keeping me in the loop on what was happening throughout the process, also keeping me updated with any info that I needed to know about my new truck. Thanks John!
Brought my car in for a catalytic converter replacement and was told I needed a $12k engine. They advised they ran a diagnostic and heard tapping from the engine. Well a clogged cat will cause tapping and a misfire. A diagnosis can’t be ran with a clogged cat!!!!Brought it to a local mechanic and it’s running fine after replacing the the cat which cleared the misfire and have a 1yr warranty on the catalytic converter install. Never again will I do business here. This was my first and last experience with this dealership.

They refused to communicate with you about your vehicle and they had my vehicle in there shop for 3 1/2 weeks and only communicated with me twice about my car but then wants to hit you with a high price cost.
