Ive ordered bouquets from the Baton Rouge shop for my Mom (in a nursing home) quite a few times now. She loves the cookies! They are always fresh and the bouquet is so colorful! I wish I had discovered them several years earlier. Delivery is always on time and they text or call to let me know once theyve been delivered.

The design was perfect and the cookies were delicious! The delivery driver was very polite and even called me when she saw my husbands truck in the driveway to make sure the surprise was just right. :)

I ordered same day delivery to my husband’s job to announce we finally are pregnant. I ordered online and called when it opened to confirm they could have it ready and delivered before he left work for the day. Not only did they make it in time, I was called to let me know they just delivered it. Way beyond anything I could of imagined for something special to me. Thank you!!

The products are always top notch, cute, fun, colorful. This time around, I had outstanding delivery service. I just needed to let you know what impeccable customer service Dawn in Baton Rouge provided today. She called asking for a room number. I didn’t have it but she agreed to wait and deliver later after I got it. A half hour turned into an hour then an hour and a half. After many suggestions about who to call and how to contact them, I finally got the number and she delivered the basket. Her persistence, patience, and the communication is what has now made me a customer forever. Thank her so much. I wish I could hire her away from you! Great job, great communication, great customer service!!! And I have an incredibly appreciative employee that received the bouquet. Thanks again for reminding me how I should run my OWN business. The designs are nice and you get what you pay for. This place isnt expensive. The cookies taste like Walmart cookies, even their chocolate chip was a bit of a let down. If your buying this for kids they probably wont really notice though. The staff is very friendly and they get orders find very quick.

I ordered that morning from the website and picked up my order that afternoon. Ordering was simple on the website. The staff was nice when I went to the store to pick up your order. It was beautiful just like the website picture. The taste of the cookies were great too. Ill definitely order again.

The gift was a big hit! The person who received the gift basket loved it! They said the cookies were fresh and tasted delicious. I even received a call from the delivery lady letting me know that the cookies had been delivered and thanking me for my order. I will definitely place an order with Cookies by Design again!

I was very pleased with how accommodating they were. My son goes to school at LSU and we live in Michigan and they ensured that he received his birthday cookie cake on his schedule. Would definitely use them again. Thank you for making my sons birthday more special being so far from home!!

Cookies by Design Baton Rouge were so accommodating when I learned my daughter would not be home the day I scheduled her delivery. The person who answered the phone gave me several options and was willing to make the delivery in a day notice if I wanted to do that. The service was wonderful and my daughter said the cookies were fresh and really good. Thank you for providing this awesome service. Love it better than the traditional flowers.

These cookies don’t even deserve 1 Star. I can make cookies better myself. These looked awful. I’m not even taking them to my event because that’s how embarrassing they are. So disappointed.

I sent my husband a bouquet for Valentines Day. The cookies were soft and delicious. I appreciate being able to select the cookies in the basket. I would definitely order this again.

My sister loved her cookie bouquet. The bouquet was delivered way ahead of time. The delivery driver even called once it was delivered. My sister said the cookies where good as well. I will do business with them again!

The Perfect Gift! I started my order online and for some reason got distracted. Well, a day later I went back to my order and was disappointed to see the date I needed it no longer available. I called the store and they told me no problem, and that they would have my order ready for me. I picked up the cookies and they were absolutely gorgeous! The recipient loved them. I will definitely use them again.
