I love coming to this cvs, it is really close to my house and customer services has always been good except for tonight, i am aware store closes at 10:00pm it was only 9:40 when i walked in the store, the employee/cashier gave me the ugliest look ever, when i was doing self check out, she was talking to me with such a bad attitude, so so disappointed.
Very understaffed pharmacy. Came here for COVID shot #3. Had appointment. With people cutting in front of me, and only two people working in pharmacy I couldnt even find out where to go to get my shot. No signage. Workers oblivious. Walked out. Was considering transferring all my Rx here - no way!!! Small, old CVS. Hard pass.
Got what I needed and left. Employees masked and friendly. Also very helpful. Handicapped parking and entrance. Place was very clean.
Dont use them for Covid testing. The sign up process is a a pain, having to enter your insurance info online as well as upload pics of your cards. Which would be fine, except that it has to be done ALL OVER again as you wait in your care for your test that was scheduled an hour ago. I get that there will be a wait, but the redundancy is crazy and the pharmacist doesnt care (she probably doesnt get paid enough to rush). Go to an urgent care or Ochsner. Ive used them a few times for tests and no more. Ive never gotten out in less than an hour, which is hilarious because the scheduling windows online are TEN MINUTES.
Never answer phone. EVER. EVERYONE KNOWS!
Awful. I take a medication that is dangerous if it’s suddenly not taken anymore. I’ve waited a week for the medicine to be ready and it still isn’t ready. So I have already been off the medication for far too long. I haven’t heard anything from them and I’ve refilled the prescription twice online already. I do it online because I work almost every night, 13 hour shifts. However, I won’t be using CVS anymore. This is ridiculous.
The manager Constance would not give me a discount on ink that was over a year expired. I am in management, she didn’t even talk to me she had her cashier tell me there was nothing she could do for me.You should probably start stocking your store with ink that’s not over a year expired.Should a customer pay $50 for color ink and $30 on black ink that is OUT OF DATE.Please help me understand.
The ladies at the check out are awesome!!! I was greeted as soon as I entered the door. Thanks for helping me to get my gift cards for my dads birthday. He loved the spirits too! By far the best Service I have ever gotten at any CVS. Really sweet and helpful ladies. I highly recommend.
I’m really not trying to exaggerate but this is the worst CVS i have ever used for my medication. They always have some type of excuse and are not very helpful at explaining why they can or can’t do certain things. I finally had enough of it and went to a Walgreens and they had all 4 of my prescriptions ready within 20 minutes. Would stay as far away from this place as possible. The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I wish they had a 0 star rating because that’s what i would give them.
It is such hit or miss. The pharmacy used to be super efficient but there has been a drop off. A guy that used to work there was really quick and good but I havent seen him in awhile so Im assuming he doesnt work there anymore. If you see a line at the drive thru, its best to come back some other time. Unless you are first or second, that means it is going to be quite the wait. Im annoyed because they had a prescription of mine for 2 days in process but they didnt even have my medication in stock. No calls or anything to update me. Was assured it would be transferred out and I called back a couple of hours later and it had not been transferred out. They are usually understaffed and have a hard time keeping up with the drive thru and the walk-in customers.
Consistently a horrible experience. This location has been consistently terrible at giving me my meds. I ran into an issue every time I tried to pick them up. All they had to do is sign for the UPS delivery and then release the order to me when I came to pick it up; each time they either didnt want to release it to me (and I had to call CVS Specialty) or - most recently - they lost my order altogether and I have to get an emergency shipment overnighted from CVS Specialty. I will never go back to this Pharmacy ever again.
Was in CVS when msg. said there were deals at CVS. I had the location in my smart phone turned on. When I pulled it up, none of the CVSs were the one that I was in. Duh!
I was on hold for at least half an hour & no one answered. I personally went to the store & pharmacy was understaffed. I changed from Walgreens thinking it would be better getting my prescriptions but I was wrong.
